Time to solve problem
The problem took too long to be rectified causing major disruption to the surgery for over a week and was only graded as a '4'. I understand the issue was due to an update. The customer advisors were very polite but fixing the problem was the priority.

Vishwas helped with my issue, however, It did take some time to be connected and get the screen shared but once all sorted my issue was fixed, i did want a further look in to why the issue happened in the first place and was told i need to raise another ticket which isn't ideal as it takes more time but can be done

Docman API problem - scanning and filing problem

very good, given 4 stars as it takes a long time to get through to speak to anyone. The experience with the Brindha was very good, she was patient and helpful and followed up with me to ensure all systems were working ok.

Had an issue not finding patients when filing documents and was fixed by adding additional rbacs and changing role on docman emis account.
