Do not communicate with umberella employees

Do not answer calls or emails and have not returned calls left 5 days ago.

My pensions contributions following a tupe from churchill knight were not managed properly either and have not been paid to my SIPP.

Got paid but poor communication

Similar to another reviewer below, I was also transferred over to Omnia from Churchill Knight with about a week's notice.

Whilst I got paid on time, it was not communicated by either Churchill Knight or Omnia that my salary sacrifice arrangement would not carry over, leading me to pay a lot more tax than expected this month.

Very Disappointed - Pension Promises Not Honoured

I chose Churchill Knight specifically for their private pension and salary sacrifice scheme. The acquisition by Omnia was announced a week before it took place, yet I was never informed that my pension arrangement would be removed. I only discovered the change via my payslip, which has caused immediate financial loss as a high taxpayer, paying significantly more tax and National Insurance than I should.

Attempts to resolve this have been frustrating: calls are never picked up, and email responses are extremely slow. For a service I relied on for my financial planning, this is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Omnia.

Omnia made me miserable

Omnia made me miserable. My time there was spent feeling undervalued and overworked. I lost my confidence and found myself constantly questioning myself, despite working as hard as possible. There is a nasty culture, you are valued on who you are friends with and despite the time or effort put in, you are treated simply as a number. They often take shortcuts and don’t do things properly or “by the book”. I would stay well away whether you are a customer or a future employee.

At Omnia we continue to have a significant number of staff who have been with the company for several years. In the recent past we have continued to invest heavily in modern software and AI packages to enable our staff to carry out their roles efficiently and to the highest of industry standards. We would naturally challenge the comments re. doing things properly... we are accredited and audited to the absolute highest of industry standard by the FCSA and SafeRec, facts which clearly outweigh any opinion.
