Great catio! Great customer service! Incredibly fast delivery! I am SO glad I purchased my catio from Omlet instead of somewhere else. T

There were a problem or two but with there help and my helper we got anything we needed to get information we needed and all was good.
We love our Omlet run and I think the chickens have been in it since yesterday and seems very happy.

The Omlet Go Up is a seriously tidy piece of kit. Very easy to put together and looks great! The website is full of helpful videos and the tech that allows you to "see" exactly how the coop will look in various places in the garden is a huge help to planning where to put it. Delivery was fast and straight-forward. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Decided to retrospectively add wheels and an auto door to Eglu Go Up coop which were ordered direct from the Omlet website. Goods were processed, dispatched and delivered in just a few days with good communication throughout. Easy to install and great additions to our chicken set up. Highly recommend this company and their products.

I’ve had a couple of enquiries. They absolutely bent over backwards to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. I have bought three egloos from them now. I just would never go back to a wooden hen house again. So easy to take apart and clean. Best of all. No red mites. As I’m getting on a bit I needed to make things easier for myself. These people have done that in spades.

I wanted a catio for my little girl. I wasn’t sure what I needed. I am a pensioner living on her own so I had a lot of questions. Omlet were brilliant and patient with me. When it came I hired two men to erect it. It was quite complicated. And it took a while as there was a lot of boxes. I put the climbing pole together myself. It’s beautiful and sturdy. It looks good and she’s safe.

Every component part arrived as promised - nothing missing. Securely packaged, safely delivered. My Walk in Hen Run is waiting for it's new arrivals. I'm very pleased with the strength of the mesh, the ease of connecting the frame and joining the side panels. The video on line was particularly helpful. Brilliant,

I've bought a few of the Omlet Chicken Products, they are well designed and superb quality. My only negative comment would be that the instruction guides need to be more realistic in terms of how long they take to build, as they often take considerably longer than estimated. That said they are brilliant products, they are by far the best on the market and moreover, they are constantly innovating and taking on customer feedback to improve their range. The customer service team are egg-cellent (sorry) you can reach them on a phone...and in the UK. Plus they will go out of their way to help you.

Wow!
We got the Eglu Pro with a 4m run
The Eglu itself. Ok, but will take 4 people minimum to move without the run attached.
With the run… we followed the (poor) instructions to the letter but still struggled to figure it out. Took two of us 4 days and multiple injuries from various parts being under such ridiculous tesion . We had cuts to arms, eye injuries and alsorts.
Anyhoo….. got it all constructed according to plans (count on buying lots of extra zip ties) and when you try to move according to instructions it all falls apart and you have to go out to buy yet more zip ties in the vain hope that it will last the next move but zip ties are then needed again.
Amazing concept (and truly the coop itself is a feat of engineering) but the additional need for the run to move it and the poor thought put into that side of things makes it useless.
Have lost more chickens to foxes inside then run than we have outside completely free ranging (the plan was to use it as a nursery)
Recommend free ranging over using the Eglu pro. Your chickens will be safer and you’ll have less chance of injuries and divorce compared to buying this and trying to build as a couple.

I recently purchased a large Chicken Run, I did find the instructions a little hard to understand, but the customer service is outstanding, helpful and never made made feel I was asking too many questions. Absolutely happy with the run and the quality of it. I will be ordering the Chicken Fence next.

We have had this eglu cube with 4 metre run since the 23rd May my wife has alway wanted one instead of the traditional type we have had for 20 years but with no issue and no chicken losses till we bought this and as my complaint will read we have had nothing but trouble and loss of 9 chickens since May
I spoke to your customer service a few weeks ago and explained that the plastic fasteners are not squirrel proof as the chew through them and the doors falls off twice now and twicer a badger has got in ( I have replace those useless plastic ones with metal wire)
I was advised to send pictures off to you which i did but no follow up received and was told they have never heard of this before?
secondly the smart door on the coup has a life of its own closes at random and more often than not does not open
Now twice each time the door must have closed early it was set for 23 hrs i know this as I've checked some nights closed at 9 or 10 0clock and closes other nights ok ???
weeks ago came back from a night away all chickens secure i thought but Mr badger got in again pulled the run door open 2 chickens lost door must have closed early again
Came back this afternoon 13th July as we spent a night away, the door must have closed early again trapping 3 chicken in the run Mr badger entered by pulling at the run door and got in again 3 More lost but the other 3 were lucky as they we trapped in the Eglu
But not so lucky as the door did not open till 3 o'clock today luckily we not away longer in this heat
I followed all the instructions to open but to no avail the battery showed 28% so t changed them and it reopened
I was advised to change batteries at around 10% thats not true So why 28% failed
We are so disappointed with this as we thought this was the bees knees of chicken keeping Just to add we have kept chickens for over 20 years please do not send a generic reply We are really upset with the loss of chickens

Lot of set up for the auto door and only 2 days in use and the door has failed to close and we now can’t close it at all as the control panel has died. So vulnerable chickens over night. Due to go on holiday this weekend and now will be asking the chicken sitter to come at 5am and 10 pm as the device can’t be relied upon. Thank goodness it’s the close not open functionality as otherwise the chickens would have been locked in at 32 degrees

I’m pretty sure the person who designed this hates people, and the person who put it together first was on speed because it took about 15 hours and a lot of sweating and swearing to get this thing up. An hour and a half they said - yeah right 😂 The clips are horrible to close and the instructions come in a novel most of which you don’t even need. It looks sturdy enough, and I’m glad I now have something to keep my bunny safe. Was it worth it? Time will tell, but they need to seriously rethink their design approach, because this was NOT easy. You’ve been warned.

The set up of the walk in run was far from straightforward and the manual had a number of errors in it which caused many headaches.
The run is flimsy and the door does not close flush. Rats and mice can easily get into the run. They bring with them diseases which are left on food and water.
The coop is fine but has to be moved each time to clean it out as the run is too small. We were not properly informed that the run would be too small for our 4 chickens.
We clearly overpaid for a substandard run.

Quick delivery. Simple and rapid to build the double height rabbit run. Lightweight to move around. Innovative design with tunnel and the ability to extend and add levels to this run. Love it!

12 metres chicken run was with a 2 small faults: the plastic top for gates was not going through, had to put tape so that nets not move; the end of the net roll was not straight but wavy and still like this after few weeks. Also, may be needs to be a bit higher in future, as one bantam chicken managed to jump over nets even I cut her feathers on the wings.
