Delighted with my purchase which arrived two days after I ordered them. Beautifully packed. Very nice to have a handwritten thank you inside too.

Exceptional! I received my order very quickly, beautifully wrapped with a delicious sweet treat inside and a thoughtful hand written note. Really made the experience special - much appreciated! Highly recommend!

The items they sell are exquisite, but the company does not offer free returns. Just paid £15 for the pleasure of trying on an pair of boots..

What an excellent company to deal with. I love their products & have bought a fair few items, all delivered quickly, wrapped beautifully & with the added little sweet treat which is a nice touch. I had an issue with one of the items i'd ordered this time, & Graham couldn't have been more helpful. It was rectified immediately. Their products are excellent quality. In my experience they are one of the best companies to deal with & I just wished I lived nearby & could go in person to the store. Nadia you should be proud of your business - thank you & keep up the excellent work.

Great packaging, quality items but shocking aftercare.
I have spent a lot of money with Oliami over the last few months. One of the silk shirts I purchased was marked and I contacted them immediately after receiving the blouse - I have called 3 times and emailed 3 times - nothing. In addition, they asked me to complete a survey and I explained to them what happened - no response.
The last item I received went awol for a week until I chased it… they had forgotten to post it!!
Good service includes excellent aftercare - Oliami don’t have an aftercare service I’m afraid!

Ordered two pairs of shoes. The arrived very quickly, carefully packaged and beautifully wrapped inside the package.

There was a bonus little box of butter tablet too which was a lovely extra surprise.

Thoroughly recommend this shop and their online provision.

I recently purchased a Christmas present from their Edinburgh store on Multrees Walk. This was a coat for my mother. The coat was absolutely exquisite, but sadly when my mum tried it on, it was HUGE, drowned her and was the length of a wedding dress train. It was clearly meant for models 6ft plus!
I was astounded when I returned in store to return the £849 coat that I was not entitled to a full refund, only store credit. This annoyed me, as I was never told this at the time of purchasing. I was also informed by the sales exec that if I had bought this online, I would have been entitled to a full refund!

Disappointed they offer no men’s wear, as I am a man and would have used this for myself.

Extremely disappointed! Please avoid this shop, or at least be aware of their ridiculous refund policy!!!
