I've been a fan of Old Spike for a number of years, for myself and for gifts for coffee loving friends. Their commitment to quality of service and product is top notch, and it comes with the traceability of knowing who is growing and producing the beans, who is roasting, and then investing in social and environmental sustainability. makes every cup taste better.

Awful behaviour of your worker in elephant castel
The worker in elephant castel served half an expresso instead of a double expresso, when I requested a top it was refused. I am a client which goes (or was going) there every day and I always buy a double expresso, a croissant and energy water (£10 almost every day that you lost now), therefore, respect and good service from your side are expected, shocking behaviour! Poor customer service. No sign of coffee despite money coming out of account and not responding to emails. Previously haven’t had any issues but will be getting coffee from somewhere else from now on.
