Really disappointing experience. Following use of coffee beans supplied by old spike, my coffee machine suffered significant grinder damage and never never operated correctly since. Despite providing evidence, including videos, responsibility was repeatedly pushed elsewhere rather than properly addressed. In the end, I had to resolve the situation myself. As a loyal customer who regularly visited in store and bought beans for home use, this was incredibly disappointing.

Plenty better companies to use.

Fabulous coffee- super fast delivery

Have been a subscription customer for years. Always interesting to get a different coffee every month - and have never been disappointed. Deliveries are always on-time and it’s easy to pause a delivery if need be. Good to know that there is a small regular charity donation too and the notes on the coffee are always an interesting read.

Old Spike is an easy 10/10. Their Benedict filter coffee is a firm favourite in our household. The flavour is phenomenal—beautifully balanced, rich, and incredibly smooth. Price and service are both excellent too... Highly recommended.

Went for a morning matcha with my dog and two very hungover friends. Was served by the loveliest barista called Will who really made all our days. He gave us such a big smile in the way in, gave my dog a treat and was just so welcome and warming and exactly want you want to be greeted by in a coffee shop. He was so lovely and made a killer matcha - thanks will for making our day!

Great tasting coffee and flexible subscription plans with free delivery. I've always loved Old Spike as a work meeting place in London; now I get to take that home with me too!

This coffee company is friendly, efficient and the coffee is excellent. I get a different bag of coffee delivered every fortnight- there are tasting notes with each bag and information about where the beans are from. The beans are fresh and always delicious.

I’ve been buying Benedict beans for a while now, they are beautiful. Recently tried the Brazil coffee and this is excellent too, the aroma is amazing and the taste is perfect. I only buy old spike beans these days, thanks guys!

flavour profile of the coffee was a touch acidic for me, was expecting more body and depth of flavour.

Bought this Colombian coffee and it did not disappoint, really fruity even with milk drinks. I will order it again for sure
