Good company. Communicated well and very pleased with the way the purchase and delivery were handled. Effective team involved in delivery. Dealt with The Creamery 10 years ago and they have improved immensely. They deserve to grow and do very well.

Great customer service and beautiful furniture

Walked in to Yeovil branch to buy a bed was ignored at first cause The way I was dressed then when asked to buy bed was spoken too very rude by sales men wouldn’t recommend

Was going to purchase my living room furniture from a well known company , but saw the old creamery in taunton and thought why not have a look. So pleased we did, no pressure from sales chap, took our order when we were ready, he answered all our questions, booked delivery. It came this morning and fantastic quality , looks amazing. Delivery guys were helpful . So pleased in fact we have ordered a couple more bits already. Thoroughly recommend , and won't hesitate to use again.

Brought a dining room table and the whole transaction was so easy. Purchased in store, a few weeks later they called to say item was ready for delivery and it was delivered on time. Item was perfect with no faults. The delivery guys were really friendly and put the table together. they also placed it exactly where I wanted it and cleaned up after themselves. We had had an awful experience with a Debenhams dining room table previously so had very low expectations. But this table was perfect and the service was just what you expect - straightforward! Will absolutely recommend and purchase from them again.

As always the Old Creamery were very efficient and easy to buy from and their products are great.

My only criticism is that, having bought a substantial amount of furniture from them, I expected some give in the price which was refused although they did make me a Privileged customer which apparently entitles me to 10% off lighting and accessories should I feel the need to go there for them (not very likely).
