Delivery and installation was fuss free.

Saturday morning, very well staffed at the Yeovil store. Went to look for a telephone table .We have purchased there before, as we like the brands, and choice. The service every time we have been hasn't been great, but never been bad enough to write a review. However on this occasion its appropriate. Initially the staff appeared to be welcoming for approximately all of 2 minutes. After that they became bored very quickly, and totally un interested. Perhaps the size of our purchase was not worthy of attention ! We spoke to 4 members, all with the same lack of interest. One member suggested to take a piece off, our existing table if we wanted to colour match, impossible! and walked off. Another member of staff became totally bored and didn't want to search for an item i had just seen then could not find, told me to find it myself and take a photograph. Then come and find him. Finally the worst was the member of staff, who priced wrongly the piece we liked, back tracked, then became argumentative towards us. To summarize, the store need to retrain in modern customer service as they are out dated. The member in the loading depot was however polite. Not much more to add. Dissapointing !

Have just ordered a Harrison Spinks mattress from here, and although won't be delivered for a good while yet (made to order) I must already sing the praises of this company, and especially the outstanding ('phone) service I received from Paul and Kieran at Yeovil. "Old fashioned" attention to (unhurried) service and helpful, knowledgeable advice... even if no guarantee of sale - hard to find these days alas. And even the price put the big stores to shame. Congrats to all at OCF..."Long may you prosper"!

I recently bought an extra large sideboard, it arrived and is lovely but had slight damage on the top. They called me the same day and offered me a full replacement or a small refund. Very professional and organised company. Although the item was slightly damaged they handled this very well and speedily.

I found this company online and was a little apprehensive but a quick telephone call proved this worry to be unnecessary. The person I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions, after placing my order I realised I had give them an incorrect email, swift chat on line and the problem completely resolved. Everyone I had dealings with today were extremely helpful . Will be visiting the Yeovil store very soon.

First class service which is what you expect when you make a major purchase. Live chat was answered efficiently and straight away and Mark got back to me within the hour with all the answers to my questions. First class service. Can easily recommend as many others have on here.

Really, really impressed! My chest of drawers was delivered today, and it has surpassed all expectations - a beautiful piece of furniture. I found the same piece online elsewhere at four times the price!
Customer service excellent; someone always picked up the phone within a couple of rings. The delivery man was great, double-checking which room I wanted the piece in and very polite.

We ordered an Oak TV unit, large desk and nest of tables for our son's playroom. The desk was out of stock and Steve Oakley and his colleagues were fantastic, as they managed to source one and get the order processed and delivered in a couple of days. The furniture is solid, is very good value for money and the service from ordering the furniture to it being delivered was first class. Needless to say we have placed another order. Highly recommended.

This Company and its staff have been an absolute pleasure to experience. Their after sales service is without doubt second to none.
They have an amazing stock level on display and we visited again today after they re-opened the store post the virus lock-down. For those even remotely at risk of contracting this awful virus I have to say that The Creamery could not have done more to make us feel safe. They have adopted an appointment system to control numbers and that makes you feel even more of a special customer - if that was possible. We will be buying more furniture from The Creamery! Well done in difficult times for us all. What a pleasant experience.

Needed a replacement wardrobe knob, quick response, within in an hour my dilemma was sorted. Extra knobs being sent out!

We have used the Old Creamery on numerous occasions, even after moving out of Somerset, because of the excellent quality of their oak furniture. In my opinion, Comparing to Oak Furnitureland they excel in both service and quality. They were even cheaper after including delivery cost out of their area.

Very good cusomer service, delivered when they said they would. Good well laid out showroom. Recommended.
