Still waiting for sandals ordered first week of May. They are quick enough to take the money out of my account.Not happy with this company at all. I will never order from them again. I will be taking this further.

do not EVER use this company. I ordered two pairs of shoes via their website on 6th March and to date (28th May) i still haven't received them.

the tracking information has not been updated since 25th april, when it said they had been shipped. There is no customer service to speak of, no one cares, they just take your money and have zero accountability. I am now forced to seek legal action and have reported to trading standards (they are trading in the uk so can be held regally responsible)

omg never dealt with such a bad company - wanted to return a pair of shoes as soon as received as sizing completely wrong I even got a friend whose more than a size bigger than me to try them on & they were much too big for her. I was well within their so called returns policy but as the quality was allegedly fine & it was apparently my fault that the size was wrong they wouldn't do a return/refund. So wish I'd seen other reviews first disgusting customer service and the shoes don't even look like the ones I saw!!!! End result the last 2 emails I've sent no one has bothered to answer!!!

Not worth one star. Ordered a pair of shoes at the start of march and still not arrived! Emailed to find out where they are as tracking number don't work, to be told by abby to be patient!!! Bloody patient two months later!! Have emailed again to ask for a refund with no reply!! Don't order from these people.

Wish I had read the reviews of ohazero first, as I ordered a pair of shoes for my mum but she could not even get them on. I requested to return them and they did reply but kept insisting they had sent the right size, which I never disputed. However they are now ignoring my emails.

Waited forever for shoes to turn up , when they did were 37 size I ordered 38 . Guess I lost my money .

DO NOT BUY!

This company refuse to accept your return or refund your money when the product doesn’t fit.

The shoes are ordered took a VERY long time to come and had to enquire where they were to find customs had rejected them and they had to be resent. When I did finally receive them it was the wrong size the packaging said 37 but in the shoes Said 36. I emailed them and they told me they were the right thing which they clearly aren't. Not impressed. What a waste of money.

Item never arrived, they supply a fake tracking number that say’s delivered, then a week later supply another tracking number saying it’s on it’s way. Tried to claim through PayPal but declined as the 1st tracking number says delivered. Don’t waste your money on these scumbags.

This is a fake site, take your money and you never hear from them again. Their email address for support is also fake so you cannot get in touch after money is taken. Donf fall for it.

Dreadful service. Takes way too long (I think they are in America as they applied 5% tax to my payment. They did give it back fairly quickly though) to arrive but when the shoes did eventually arrive the quality was rubbish and they were too small. They wont give me my money back and inferred that my feet must have got bigger and it wasnt their product!

Total scammers, do not buy from this company I wish I had read these reviews, took 6 weeks to come, they then sent the wrong size and although I have sent photographic evidence they state they have sent the correct size, absolutely fuming, what can we do argh

They get worse! Apparently - delivery has been made! But it is up to me to knock on the doors of all of my neighbours to see where it is. Just when you thought they couldn't get any worse - they can. Seriously - please do not waste any of your money with these people.

Placed an order at start of March and fortunately they arrived today, was really concerned given the reviews the tracking number never worked although they did reply quickly when emailed. It took nearly a month for it to arrive was very close to raising a chargeback. They need to be clearer on delivery times and fix the tracking as otherwise everyone will think they won’t receive the orders

One star is too many! Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes for £20. When received they look like a very cheap and nasty pair that you could get at a market for £5. Despite several emails they refuse to refund me so I've basically been ripped off £20. Don't want anyone else to be fleeced 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolute scumbags, a total scam! And the tragic thing is that I think I've fallen for one of their fb adverts before under another name! I'm currently working through a Paypal dispute with these assh

scammers.......very very sad that this is how some people make living! Just to be clear, if you get your item at all it will take at least 3 months to arrive, as it appears to be sent by donkey......and when it arrives it will be the biggest piece of fake (apparently I can't swear in a review) you have ever seen.......my advice, don't get tipsy and fall for fb ads......these guys are pros.....but I'm so getting my money back this time!

Ordered shoes a month ago from an ad on Instagram. Still waiting for them to arrive. Clearly now all the positive comments within the ad were false. Think I might just have to kiss my money goodbye.

Will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Do not buy from this company i do not think they are legit. Iv tried cancelling my order within the time frame they say its shipped but iv had no shipment confirmation and they wont cancel it!
