children’s treat that we all enjoyed

Cheap tickets for a children’s treat. £2.80 pp, and two excellent short films, The Tiger Who Came To Tea and We’re Going in a Bear Hunt. We all had a lovely time. Very nice front of house staff, and free parking!

After I booked the tickets for me and my kids, and came with taxi from NR5 , they said sorry we don’t have anything except sweets bags!!!!!! So why don’t you put a note in the website before we book the tickets?!!!

No hot food/popcorn

I booked the tickets online less than an hour before the film started but there was no notification that there was no hot food/popcorn going to be available which was very disappointing

Not good enough

No Popcorn, hot hot food, no dispensed drinks, nothing staff could do but would have been nice to be warned so we could have bought our own especially when you spend £19 per ticket.

I love this cinema

I love this cinema, with its sumptuous seating and easy Ness to book online. I try to go every week and I have joined their silvers club which I go to every week with my sister. What a lovely way to entertain us oldies and they even supply us with a free cup of tea and a biscuit, what a way to look after us.

No food, drink and pretty rubbish movie!

The boiler was broken and therefore no food or drinks could be served. Didn’t explain why the cold, tapped drinks couldn’t be served and therefore we were forced to pay over £4 for bottled drinks! Daylight robbery! Movie was pretty shite too!

They had no condiments except bagged…

They had no condiments except bagged sweets and chocolate and bottles of drink that cost nearly 10 pound for the pair. Plus I can’t eat either. Terrible staff gave me no option rather than to go across the road to get some condiments. No cinema should have films on with no popcorn. Criminal.

Good experience - very good film - thanks!

Easy to use the website to book the tickets. Good cycle parking. We got coffee at the Costa inside which was very good and could log our Costa points. The staff were friendly and helpful, the cinema was clean with comfy reclining seats. It was a good film!
Thanks.
