Great reclining seats,very spacious,very comfortable.Perfect viewing

Very friendly staff member scanned my ticket, parking was free when you verify your car ticket, seats were very clean and comfy

I had booked 2 adults and 4 kids to see Minions and More at 10am, the trailers didn’t play so we waited, at about 20 past an odeon member of staff came in and said the screen was broken and to go to the foyer for a refund (though only the first few rows could hear this as Odeon mustn’t provide them with a microphone which could be so easily done to avoid all the confusion, a rechargeable kids microphone would have done the job).
So we then left the screen with upset small children to go and stand in a queue for the till which took us half an hour to get to the front. There was only one person on the till, obviously having to deal with people questioning whether all that’s offered is a refund as they’ve travelled there, parked, children are expecting to see it, they’ve already bought popcorn and drinks etc, so it was taking ages. Other staff members were floating about and it wasn’t busy otherwise, but it still remained as just one person on one till.
As we were joining the queue I’d asked another staff member if they knew if it would be possible to swap into the other screening of minions and more which was starting ever so slightly later, it had started but only just, but he said that one was full, but he did check for us what else was on for kids and managed to find a screening of Shaun the sheep half an hour later which he said the team members might be able to swap us into when we got to the front if there were still seats. So that was what we did when we finally got to the front, but it wasn’t fun queueing that long with small children when you can see other team members about that you think could surely just hop on a till to get it all done quicker.
We did enjoy Shaun the sheep when we finally got in there, but I don’t think my mother in law, as an ex salesperson, will be stepping foot in an Odeon ever again as she wasn’t impressed at all with the Customer service.
The team members were all friendly and polite, but I just felt sorry for them, as didn’t feel they were provided with the equipment or training to deal with any kind of issues like that very well which shows poor management further up.

Paid for 5 Saver Adult tickets £25 could then only book certain seats near the screen was worried it might affect the viewing but not at all would definitely go for the same £5 each amazing value brilliant seating too lots of room and comfortable! Thank you.

I sat next to genuinely the worst female in the UK today and they ruined not only film, but my entire day.

First time in the lux recliner seats, will feinitely be doing it again. Easy to book, easy to order food and reasonably priced. Fantastic experience

Clean space. Excellent and friendly staff. Well maintained space. Comfy seats. Great experience.

Not drinks on tap. Couldn’t decant drinks as there was no hot water to clean disposable cups. Told to buy a bottle from Costa. £4 for a small bottle of coke.

Nothing was working no popcorn drinks anything avalible apart from little bags of sweets absolutely gutted all the staff was as miserable as woman after a night with me

The seating arrangement and options for couples were really excellent. I love it. Very roomy. Not congested.

Excellent seats, comfy, good price and service.

Disappointed to find due to a problem with hot water we were only able to purchase bottled drinks and pre-packed sweets. Was looking forward to our popcorn.
Also the screen seemed to be a bit out of focus. Agreed by all of our party.
Enjoyed the film though

There were no drinks available apart from a few bottled ones, there was no pop corn, only a few bagged sweets. There was nothing put online about this.
I do not come to the cinema very often, it is a treat for us and this fiasco ruined our experience.

Comfy chairs, clean toilets and polite staff. It was easy to book as well. Would recommend!

Great cinema, everywhere was clean, staff were friendly, and they have really comfortable reclining seats

The boiler was broken no hot food or drink they didn't say sorry or gave me a refund there . Good film .

The price for the food was unbelievably expensive. A packet of skittles was almost £5. In the shops they are 99p and they are still making a profit. The greed is appauling.

Cheap tickets for a children’s treat. £2.80 pp, and two excellent short films, The Tiger Who Came To Tea and We’re Going in a Bear Hunt. We all had a lovely time. Very nice front of house staff, and free parking!
