At the livestream of 'Naza', scheduled start time 1830, we were kept outside the screen until around 1845 with little communication as to why. I think we may have missed the start of the film. We missed the first 20 minutes of the 30 minute Q and A afterwards. Again I'm not sure why as communication was poor. We were give vouchers in compensation but it didn't make up for the poor experience at such a moving and important documentary film. Sort out your systems and improve customer communcation please!

Paid extra for premium seats but they weren't that comfortable. Plastic arms too hard. Vue seats much better

There were 3 people who spoke the whole movie incredibly loudly. They made noises too and kept burping it was disgusting. They were told to be quiet by 3 different people throughout the movie but swore in response ‘suck a d!ck’ and ‘f@ck off’. disgusting behaviour. no security checked our movie the whole way through, not even once which would’ve been okay as they would’ve noticed the 3 baboons nattering away. We spoke to an employee at the end in hopes that they would give them some kind of consequence, perhaps a prevention of entry. We were told we should’ve got them during the movie, which is fair, HOWEVER, we have paid to watch this movie it is not MY job to do security checks or get up out of my seat during the movie I paid to watch to be a snitch to a security guard. Hobos probably would’ve smacked me in the face anyway. The employees are PAID to be there and do security checks, I don’t care if you’re ‘understaffed’ do your goddamn job.

Sound was garbled,not clear, film was good,helpful to have subtitles.

Comfortable and sizeable seats. Unrestricted views in Cinema 1. Great picture & sound

Loved going to the silver cinema club today saw Michael was a great film - music was excellent .

The staff were all pleasant had a good cup of tea and a biscuit and enjoyed viewing film at this time of day

Great film and concession for Silvers are fantastic!

All was fine. However the seats are not the ideal shape for me, so I was a little uncomfortable. I haven't noticed this before.

Easy to book, easy to access the cinema and the film was great.

Nice screen, comfy seats but cold

The room was extremely dirty. You can see it has not been refreshed from previous screenings. The air con was on and the room was really cold to the point that was uncomfortable to be there.

Friendly staff, comfortable seat, thank you. Sound a little loud - maybe check the healthy decibel levels.

Heating broken so absolutely freezing, ruined the film
