I won 280 on ocean breeze casino and been waiting since 24th of December and get the same emails saying weve emailed finanace and nilothing .ive deposited alot of money and now i cant even get on the site now .something should be done about this site

I had winnings of £70000 in my account. they said they could only pay out £5k per withdrawal. initial withdrawal took 8 weeks to hit my bank account. this left a balance of £65k in the account. they reduced this to £0 and closed my account. No explanation given. They ignore emails, the telephone number is fake and the chat service is sh1te. I contacted a lawyer - they ignored them. I instructed my bank to do a trace on the bank account used to pay out the initial £5k. I have the details but due to "data Protection" they won't tell me who the account holder is!

I requested the withdrawal of a portion of my winnings, £400, on the 6th February and have been told today, yet again, that it is STILL to be reviewed by the risk department. I now hold out little to no hope of receiving my winnings and have been caught out by this sham of a company like many before me. I believe this website needs to be locked down completely and regulators need to do more stringent criminal data fraudulent investigation before issuing out gaming licenses so freely to a lot of these corrupt online gaming sites.
These vultures are totally scamming and stealing customers money.

I have 6 months waiting for oceanbreeze casino to pay my €600 winnings. I requested the withdrawal of my earnings on 04/05/2022 and so far they say I have to be patient and wait and they never deal with my payment. Before, there was still an online chat, despite not dealing with anything and saying to be patient. now only by email and they do not respond to email when I send asking when they will pay. I don't believe they pay me my winnings, unfortunately I spent my money on deposits because I believed in a casino that is a fraud. They should ban this casino because what they do is a scam.
