Don't waste your time or money with this casino. My boyfriend deposited on there and won some money. We used bitcoin to withdraw it because that's suppose to be quickest. So far he still hasn't gotten paid and he actually talked to someone and they are trying to tell him there h aving problems paying out bitcoin withdraws via cash app all of a sudden. This place is pure crap. Only play their casino if you want to be ripped off.

My wife made a $30 deposit and won a little bit so trying to cash out $191 with Bitcoin. We did Bitcoin thinking it would be the fastest way to get our money. Nope! This was 3 days it's now been and still nothing. She's been verified, sent I.D and got that verified ok (which btw took a hella amount of tries to get her I.D to pass through ok but finally did) and so it's just a wait game now. We shouldn't have to wait when you win I mean shit man they don't have to wait for our money when we make a deposit and lose it See they probably purposely make everybody wait because nobody really has the patience to wait to get paid therefore we end up going back into the games and play it and lose it all. Anyways, the important part of my comment/review is this: when shit like this happens anywhere, contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) tell them situation and review and it'll hurt the casino or whatever establishment your complaining about FACTS. They even fight for you in most cases to try and help you get your money.

I requested a clean withdrawal on February 4th.  While waiting for my withdrawal, s week later I was playing a free spins bonus, hit something while playing a game and cancelled my withdrawal. The fake there coupons I actually received a coupon “77URCHIPS” and it states I can withdraw up to 100 and customer service had the audacity to tell me that I can withdrew because I have to have atleast $2000 morenplythrough which never states in the description. This Sh!!t is a lie

I redeemed a free chip played through required amount and tried to cash out. I waited the 7 days and they said my withdrawal has been denied I redeemed too many free chips and this is the first time I’ve redeemed one with them. After I cashed out I tried to redeem another one and it denied it so they are fakes and don’t pay.
