This our second booking with ocean to Florida, they organised everything for us, kept us informed with everything necessary
And Lindsey the accessible lady as organised everything I need to have a great holiday again.

Booking a holiday to Orlando can be a difficult experience because especially in my family when we always need to make changes as different people choose different hotels or flights to make the dream holiday. However booking with Ocean has been amazing the whole team are only a phone call or email away and no request or question is too much trouble. Thankyou to Jamie, Sinem, Tracyann and the whole team for creating an incredible trip that now includes Orlando 2 theme parks and New York.

Had to make a change to holiday plan and was a bit concerned. Jo Hymus dealt with it quickly and kept me informed. Made it easier than I imagined.

Everything from start to finish as been great any little change I've been contacted,cannot fault them,all agents have been brilliant, friendly and helpful .Booked again very impressed.

Ricky Cooper was accommodating and approachable, booked our holiday for 10 with ease fitting all our requirements as close to budget as possible. Would highly recommended.

We booked our dream Florida holiday through ocean Florida, Ajay, who helped us was fantastic.
He spent hours getting to know us ( a group of 9) and what we were looking for, spent lots of time giving us different options and pricing until we booked a villa. Even when our villa fell through, Ajay remembered what our preferences were and found us a better villa.
I found the website easy to use and documents were uploaded when ready.
We got all our park tickets, rental car with insurance , discovery cove and blizzard beach all through Ajay and some freebies chucked in too.

Everyone we spoke too if we had any questions where very helpful.

I would use ocean Florida again, we had the most amazing time and it was made easier because of ocean Florida.

Would not book with this company ever again! We booked with this company two years ago with a group of friends - shortly before we were due to go they advised that the original Villa booked was not available and provided an alternative which they advised was an upgrade - far from it. It was smaller with no seating facility for our group and poor upkeep. After staying on site past two times with Disney and booking via Virgin we decided to give them another go as staying in Villa - although we are not due to go till October already we have been out off - extortionate cancellation charges for two members of group to cancel and now spinning some rubbish about why its £500 more per person to upgrade the flight rather than the £174 per person directly with Virgin. Should have learnt lesson from last time - if they change the Villa again this time we wouldnt be surprised - stay away! Also they have messed up the car hire booking as to the lead driver!
*** as with previous customers who have written a negative review, I find it incredible that as soon as a negative reply is posted, there follows a stream of 5 star reviews to presumably push the score back up! No ack to my review!*

Very easy to book with over the phone and very knowledgeable and we had some issues (my mistake) and Nikki was unbelievably helpful and even called to check everything went ok. I will definitely be booking with them again.

We originally booked a package holiday including park tickets and extras for 2024 , we had to move the holiday due expecting a baby, due to prices not coming out until jan 2025 I rang up and re arranged the same holiday for 2026 , several phone calls along the way asking if park tickets and everything had been moved etc , only to not receive any park tickets 3-4 months prior to leaving , I rang them up to be told I never had any , i have emails for the previous holiday that was moved stating my tickets will be ready soon , so there forever why wasn’t they moved on my re scheduled holiday , o was told need to pay 3000 extra for my tickets . The manager was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all , used ocean Florida for several years and always been a pleasure but I will never use these again

We have a booking coming up with ocean Florida. I am travelling with my assistance dog and Lindsey has been really helpful throughout the process, checking with us on multiple occasions that we had everything we needed.

They were amazing, they do everything for you. Transfers, food, park tickets. Everything. It really was a fantastic experience. Thank you very much.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We had to make changes to our booking which were dealt with quickly and efficiently with no issues.

We used Ocean Floriday 3 years ago and had a brilliant experience with the company. When i made initial enquiry recently it was same colleague who booked us all up 3 years ago and this time it has been a great experience booking again. Thank you Ricky and Ian (when Ricky was not available) for navigating me through everything again and making my booking trouble free.

Made my booking over the phone with ocean florida, i have used this company twice before and this was fine, was able to ring them easily, any questions were answered.
Was upset that we were far away from the theme parks. If we had known we were so far away we would not have booked this villa.

Just had a 2 week holiday with 5 nights in New York’s Paramount Hotel and 9 nights in Mexico @ The Royal Hacienda . We Stayed in the Paramount Hotel just off Time Square. Room was a little small, barely enough room for you to get down the side of the bed. But a prime location as it was just 300 meters from Time Square. It was’nt to be moaned at . Booked a Go City Pass through Ocean Florida and got to visit some of the great attractions New York has to offer, Top of the Rock, Statue of Liberty, the Edge and of course the Empire State . Reckon anyone visiting should use the sub-way it’s just so easy

Also Visited Niagra Falls on our 3rd day which was a great experience even though it was bloody freezing, sadly the maid of mist wasn’t running because of the ice so we never really got to see the spectacular falls in their true element as we were on the American side and better views were to be had from the Canadian side. But we still had a great day. Coach was on time 4am and Tour guide was excellent. This trip was booked through Ocean Florida and was brilliant. Left New York on the Saturday, had a drunk on the plane whilst @ JFK who was removed causing us a 2 hour delay but arrived in Cancun , Mexico where our transfer organised by O/F was waiting for us 45 mins and we were at our Hotel. It was gorgeous. Room was great and hotel was spotless. The waiters catered for your every need . It was brilliant thanks again Ocean Florida .Me and my other half loved it. We will definitely use you again on our next trip…

I’ve travelled many times to Florida and I was blown away with the service provided by Ocean Florida, when I travelled with my friends to stay at a Disney villa 18 months ago. This has given me the confidence to travel solo this time to Disney with Ocean Florida in 2027❤️

We have been to florida with ocean florida before we where so impressed we have booked again and would highly recommend them.
