Easy to deal with and a good price and good communication

Well i was surprized that my update did'nt actually work till the next date after sending the money. Thats recently. A couple of weeks ago i needed to reset keys for my honda 2004 element because i changed the worn out key switch.
My subscription had run out. Alex put in a request to update my ds808. They made a exception and he took over my ds808 and updated my system for no cost. What a great jesture! I than renewed happily. Best w.e.f.

I renewed my Autel at obdprice.com and recieved the activation code in a very short time I think no more than a couple of hours. I have the ms906bt and it updated with no issues. Very happy.

I made purchase and unfortunately I didn’t receive it due to a carrier accident damaging the package. I notified OBD and they were able to overnight me a new item right away. Lucy was super helpful and friendly.
