They shipped quickly but the carrier (UPS) fumbled the delivery.

OBDPRICE sent another one quickly. Thank you for that. My car's check engine light is ANNOYING to look at. I tripped the airbag light while dismantling my steering wheel to replace audio buttons. This scanner took care of that for me. It has already paid for itself in its first use.
Anyways, I wouldn't hesitate to order from this site again.

Bought an Autel device, there were a couple of teething problems, however their customer service was excellent and the problem was resolved without delay.
The shipping is really fast, came from a Sydney warehouse and only took a couple of days.

I made a second hand purchase on a Autel MaxSys and I could not be more happier. The previous owner gave me OBDprice email to Lucy and they guided me thru the updates that were needed and it was a success. I was a bit over ambitious in the beginning after the purchase. But they was very professional and walked me thru it with NO problems and I thank Lucy and there team very much and will purchase my updates at a fair price any day going foward.

I needed to update my MaxiDAS DS808. From Autel they wanted almost $400. I was able to get the update for almost half the price. I had trouble redeeming the code but thanks to customer support they sent a youtube video and screen shots to help me to get the update installed. I am pleased.

Autel Customer Support was very responsive and attentive to my issue. They were dealing with me for a week and made sure all was resolved.

Excellent prices on this website, the delivery was very quick also and was delivered from inside Australia, upon receiving my scanner the Australian Ford's and Holden's weren't on the vehicle list but customer service on this site got them onto my scan tool in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend obdprice you won't find better deals anywhere else
