The serenity chair looks nice and is relatively easy to operate. However my husband finds it uncomfortable fir his back and I regret spending so much money on something he couldn't try first. A lesson learnt...

Ted Medhursta was amazing and patient with my parents. He was really helpful and talked through all the options really clearly. We'll definitely be calling him again as we'd also like to look at some chairs.

All very efficient and helpful from initial home visit to delivery. Questions answered fully and promptly. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Very happy with chair. Delivery was prompt, cheerful and using chair clearly explained.

Orderd made to meausure ryclining chair not good to small i complained they sent a tecnition out take photo.s then gave me a call couple days later say yes agree we make another for you, i said no want a refund so fetch chair back, they agreed in end and said i get phone call when fetching, i have been waiting a week now and still no call they quick enough take your money but not fetch chair and give refund back thinking of taking it further DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY wish i had read reviews first UPDATE well just had phone call collecting chair tomorrow,strange had call after my review UPDATE chair been collected today and said refund will be soon so thank you

My new recliner chair arrived on Friday. It looks stunning in brown leather and is so comfortable. The relining position is comfortable and takes pressure of my ankles. The delivery was on time with a nice young,man who assembled it and took everything away including am old recliner which will go to the British Heart Foundation. Special mention to Ashley from the customer service team who kept me informed in progress of my bespoke chair.m

They sold my father, a vulnerable, disabled, 80 year old male, a bed costing in excess of £3000. My father has barely been able to get in or out of said bed, this has resulted in numerous falls, ambulance call outs, pain and humiliation for my dad!
There was no due diligence when selling him said bed, to ascertain its suitability! Essentially they appear to have exploited him. We are now at a point where we are having to get rid of this bed, replacing same with another bed at a further cost to him! Granted this time from a different company!

This company offer no support, beyond a sorry!

We got a visit from Rod Mason, who answered all our questions and left a quote for a three piece suite we're excited about getting; there was no pressure and it was all quite pleasant!

Mark arrived today for our agreed appointment of 5pm to discuss with us Oaktree mobility Riser Reciners and electric beds. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, Friendly and to our surprise not pushy at all. It has been such a refreshing change. Once we had discussed the Riser Recliners we were going to discuss a dual electric bed. Mark said for a dual bed it would need to be 6ft. We said that we have a 4ft 6 double and with the size of our bedroom mark advised not to go for a dual. Again a refreshing change to be advised not to go for a bed as the bedroom was too small. Mark was with us for over 2 hours. He went through every single detail and brought in a chair for Cath to try. When it comes to a Riser recliner it's not just comfort but safety as well. we decide to purchase two chairs. We are so very happy with Mark and Oaktree Mobility as they are totally different to the norm. We can highly recommend Oaktree Mobility and if your lucky enough to have a visit from Mark you can't go wrong. To Oaktree Mobility please look after Mark as he is unique and a total asset to the company. Thank you too Mark your amazing.

The representative that attended for a demonstration of a piece of bathing equipment was excellent. Mark was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful & caring.

My initial enquiry was helpful, Agent called nexy day, and Morgan and Tom installed my chair the same day. Exlcellent service, highly recommended.

Starting with the rep and being kept upto date and delivery every phase was superb every body were efficient and personable brilliant

Nick was very prompt and took us through a wide range of considerations to help us make an informed decision. Excellent visit which extended into different products than our original request. All done in a professional, courteous manner. First class and highly recommended.
