July 2025 through December 2025 - Absolutely awful Dr Bachiri and practice in Garland Texas. My rides provided by OSH mostly undependable. Many appointments missed as a result. Too often I was given m... See more

I had an appt
I had an appt, showed up on time.
I like to be in control of my own body and healthcare. With Oakstreet health, they want to be in control.
Requiring regular blood tests, colonoscopy, mamograms, vaxx. They want to be in charge of that and if you are not willing to "obey" then you are considered not be a good "fit". My appointment was canceled after an "interview". I had been searching for a new Dr. since mine had retired. He was excellent, non pushy, there when I needed him. This was a waste of my time and gas to go there. So my decision was made for me. I accepted it and moved on. I got another Dr. who isnt pushy about all those exams, injections, tests and blood draws. I dodged a bullet by not bein "accepted into their program. But now, they are trying to get me to go back there. A VERY rude old man has called me two times, hung up on me, today being the 2nd time. He mocked my accent before hanging up on me. I have a bit of a southern drawl. I was shocked by his rudeness and felt even more glad I wasnt going there anymore. I hope they shut down.. they are aweful! I will warn others to avoid that place!
Oak St health in little rock is…
Oak St health in little rock is completely unresponsive to my health care needs. No matter how much i try to emphasis my current needs they seem to be incapable or unwilling to address my issues.. I have been suffering from chronic fatigue since undergoing chemo and radiation treatments for cancer.. Month after month goes by with out any attempt at resolution.. They continually tell me they are goin gto this or that but nothing ever happens, always telling that we can address that on your next visit, mean while my life is passing me by.. I recently had them test my testosterone level tested, it came back very low.. do they give me a script for testosterone, NO! They tell me they are going to contact my endocrinologist to work out a treatment plan. Ive been on testosterone therapy for many years, there is no plan needed, just give me a prescription! See if it relieves my chronic fatigue, it looks like i will have to wait a full month for another appointment.. this run around has been going on for over 6 months now.
No wonder Oak Street paid 60 million…
No wonder Oak Street paid 60 million for fraud and violations to the government. Oak Street Edgewater abuses and harasses seniors by mail and nonstop daily calls until we dumped them over 2 years ago. Though we blocked Oak St. from calling, they've started harassing us by mail again, so it's time to file more complaints.
I was not happy at all with Oak Street…
I was not happy at all with Oak Street Health if I could give them zero Stars I would. They are called me over and over to come and let them be my primary care physician so I gave them a try. Worst decision I ever made. The doctor never listen to anything I said and there were a couple of people there who no matter what you said or how polite you were they always had a smart remark. I now have a new primary care physician and very happy. I personally would not recommend Oak Street Health there are far more better places even though they offer a lot of services they're a better places to go to good luck to all
Knowledgeable, professional, caring
Dr Sohn is knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and tactful when asking questions. She explained some of my previous blood work results in detail and put my mind at ease regarding cholesterol and glucose levels.
After the exam, I felt at ease and in good hands.
Her team also made some recommendations and made appointments with specialists for me.
I would rather rate it with no stars
I would rather rate it with no stars. Four different times I have had to call them to get my prescriptions transferred. They told me that they did. They went on and on that I couldn't get them filled yet. I told them I just wanted them transferred. They also said that I had a few filled already but they didn't know where. They did know because they called one into my old pharmacy. Then when I called again I was told they forgot to get one transferred and they would give the nurse practitioner the request. This has been going on for two weeks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Because of this mess my health is worse and I have very bad anxiety. Nurse practitioner knows about my health issues since June 19, 2025. Needed my anxiety medication, and something for nausea. Simply refused to call it in to Kroger pharmacy. Said I would have to go elsewhere for anxiety medication, no reason for not prescribing something for nausea. I hope they never have to go through what they are putting me through. I was told I have cancer that has spread. I'm done with this place. If you want a good doctor my advice is not to go here. Had a phone appointment set up for Wednesday and I cancelled it. Since this has happened I feel worse today than I thought possible. And NO I'm not looking just to get medication. The anxiety medication was prescribed for me, through the ER doctor.
Am a new patient
Am a new patient. Had my first appt and because no one scheduled labs, could not do much. Now I am sick, called for appt, was kept on hold for 11 minutes then told could come in Friday. Today is Wednesday. When sick, you don't want to wait for days to get an appt. Hope I did not make a mistake switching to Oak St. If so, I will switch right back

Oak Street Health pinched by Feds in Medicare Advantage Patient Recruitment Scheme.
Before anyone considers Oak Street Health as a PCP, I recommend that they review BBB complaints about this company and the $60 million-dollar fine Oak Street Health agreed to pay to resolve alleged false claims act liability for paying kickbacks to insurance agents in Medicare Advantage Patient Recruitment Scheme.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Phone tag Doctors. Never saw anyone above nurse practitioner, not very knowledgeable. I am Doctor, myself. Just want more visits to renew prescriptions. Horrible at prescription renewal. Felt on my own! --
not a good place
not a good place for your health !! when you call you are talking to someone from another city so in the meantime as i found out you never talk to a doctor you have to wait until they call you no matter how long it takes i have a UTI and waited 2 days to get medicine as I'm writing this IM STILL WATING I've had it with this place!!! This place made a lot of promises when they recruited me. I've had nothing but disappointment. Today was it though. I've been sick and finally, (after alot of stuff with them) had an appointment. I called when the ride didn't show, the dr. called out and no one called. Now they're saying 2 weeks out before I can see her. I'm getting a new doctor.
