Firstly - I didn’t feel any positive effects, but some GI discomfort
When I tried to cancel my subscription and close my account, I found it simply impossible! They made it not user friendly to cancel the subscriptions!
Had to send an email requesting cancellation. If that doesn’t work, will be contacting BBB
I love this supplement and had a great experience when I needed to reach out to their customer service. I will never not take fatty15!
Just finishing up 9 months using Fatty 15, and I had high hopes for this product. I haven’t felt any difference whatsoever. Nice packaging, great customer service, but not what I hoped for. 😞
I love this supplement! Not only do I experience benefits on a daily basis including better and deeper sleep, more energy and less snacking cravings, but I also feel great knowing it is working at a cellular level to help me live healthier as I age. I love knowing this product is science-backed and that the research is easily accessible in their informative emails, links and also the co-founder’s book. The company’s customer experience is personal and they also offer the opportunity to talk to a live person about in-depth science-based questions that you may have.
I moved from our 20 year home shortly after ordering my subscription. I got my first order fine. The next two were returned and they didn’t notify me. I didn’t realize I had the wrong address and ordered another. Same thing. They wouldn’t give me a refund or a credit. They offered to send one replacement but never did. Disappointing business.
Fatty15 has earned my loyalty. The science is robust and transparent, the customer service feels personal and human (like pen-pals!). Also, I take mine without the small capsule and I find that the powder is tasteless and odorless!
This is a supplement that has become main stay of my regimen. After multiple blood tests, all my numbers have improved dramatically. The goal is to be healthier, which I feel Fatty 15 plays a big role in in addition to a healthy lifestyle. The company has been very receptive, or customer service is beyond most companies offer these days.

I’ve been taking fatty15 for several years now and have been really impressed. What initially drew me in was the science behind C15:0 and the research supporting it. It’s not just another supplement - it’s clearly built on real data and long-term studies.
I’ve personally noticed improvements in my energy and overall sense of well-being, and I appreciate that it’s just one simple capsule a day. Also, as an added bonus my hair is growing like crazy! Thankfully, it’s easy to stay consistent with.

I purchased a 30 day pack and when I ordered the 90day refill i was experiencing headaches and constipation. I was asking for a refund for the 90 day refill and the manager denied it said they don't do refunds on the refills. This was my first time ever trying the product.
I asked a question months ago as I have many allergies as well as celiac disease. Never had a response, though I was signed up for multiple daily emails that I did not sign up for.
So so results in taking product for over 3 months and customer service is non-existent. They were sending me a 90 supply Monthly! They gave no notice prior to charging my card. In June I emailed them 3 times because their website wasn’t responding when I tried to cancel or change delivery. My three respectful emails in June 2025 requesting assistance were ignored apart from canceling my subscription without a reply.
Not a great business model.
Updated 21 Aug - the company has done their best to improve and address the initial issues with customer service; see old review below. It’s only fair that I provide an update. I appreciate that they did make an effort to correct the service issue effectively and I have resumed my subscription. Early service issues aside the product is very good. I have been seeing improvements in health on a number of areas and believe that without it I’d be in a much worse state in terms of general health so I highly recommend it as a supplement. It’s a long term thing. The body can’t just flick a switch in response to taking a supplement like this so do persist with it before making an assessment. At least 3 or 4 months. But I do see it as a valuable long term supplement for minimising the impact of modern life on cellular ageing.
(OLD REVIEW based on initial experience): OMG just sheer frustration. I bought the product and liked it. That was until I encountered their non-existent customer service. I subscribed to a 90-day subscription (Order #756817). I travel a lot and live part of the year in Singapore and part of the year between Australia and Europe for work (apparently that model exists outside of the realms of possibility). I made the mistake of changing my AU address for the subscription to a freight forwarder in the USA to save on shipping costs and give me more control over delivery in case I am out of the country. The change was accepted, and then I placed my second order. They charged my card, then proceeded to cancel my subscription and order simultaneously. I got a lovely automated email with a sarcastic "see you" and no means of logging back into my account. Even though I like the product, I don't have time for this level of frustration simply trying to make a purchase - it's wild. I'm going back to LYMA. Their product is exceptional, and customer service is even better!
Testimonial shoutout to the folks @FATTY15. A1C dropped from 6.0 down to 5.5 [Jan 16 thru 15 May]. No real changes except less wine drinking. This supplement is kinda pricey but it WORKS! Insert FATTY15 into your search browser. I’M SOLD!
This is in response to the review that Fatty 15 does not provide advanced notice of shipments: that is incorrect. Since inception of my initial order, I have consistently received advanced notification of impending shipments. It is quite easy to access the portal and delay or even cancel an order. In my own year of use, I’ve been able to adjust my orders easily. Of the three times I have emailed customer support, I’ve received an answer within 48hrs.
As for benefits, I have seen improvement in my sleep, and my biomarkers: inflammatory markers, liver panel and cholesterol (my cholesterol has always been good—but it managed to improve even that!)
Without context from the above reviewer, one would have no clue if their body is responding. Were they getting regular labwork? Etc? Further, 6 mos is about the timeframe when any system begins to see notable improvement. Even Fatty 15 provides a timetable for noticeable benefit.
You cannot expect a product to work miracles within 6 mos. It took years to create the damage you expect a miracle with.
No benefit observed after 6 months, but I can't say it won't work for others. Unfortunately, the company provides no advance notice when they autoship refill orders, which gives you no opportunity to cancel a shipment or their immediate billing to your credit card. They shipped to a seasonal address for me and took 3 days to reply to my email requesting a shipping address correction (they don't answer their phones), and told me the product had already been shipped to the wrong address. This seems to be a fly-by-night operation using an outsourced marketing company, so buyers beware.
