You have absolutely no customer service. When trying to resolve an issue with the delivery date on my online order I tried to call customer service. There is no way to talk to a live person. If there is, it is not apparent on the system during the NUMEROUS prompts you must go through. I was able to chat with two live agents, but they could not resolve the issue which seemed to have any easy solution. At least the first agent was apologetic. The second couldn't care less. It is obvious that the system manages Oakley, Oakley does not manage the system. Very impersonal an ineffective. I am unable to review the product because it has not arrived even though I paid for express shipping.

Nice glasses, no case which is very surprisingly.

I had the clear frame Gibstons. Best fit, best comfort, best headband, most compliments, lightweight.
Dropped on a rock chipping exactly in direct line of vision. Happy you had them available online and a great sale price. These are even cooler and even more lightweight. I have Bans, vaurnets, and more but these are the ones for traveling, cruising, all day wear.

Took three orders and approx 3 weeks for product that was in stock in store by house but customer service could not figure out how to do a store pickup.

Product was delivered to the wrong house

Ordered Gibston XL. Box and shipping label said Gibston XL. a set of Falk 2.0 were in the Oakley case...

Customer support returned my email in a timely fashion with answers to my product questions.

I love the virtual "try on" feature which helped me figure out if the sunglasses would look good on me which they did!

Actually ordered an incorrect set of replacement lenses. Oakley staff help me find the proper set, order new ones and sent me return information.

3rd time I do prescription from Oakley a total hit. So happy and satisfied

HORRIBLE PRODUCT!! I just found anold pair of Oakley's. The ones they sell now feel like 3rd world knock offs!! Old ones are almost twice as heavy. They are sturdy, high quality! I cut my ear from the plastic ridge still left from their cheap production! Worst of alll, MORE EXPENSIVE
