We also have our own home delivery team. As delivery is completely under our control, we deliver to our customers’ homes efficiently – if ordered from stock, within 7 days. Once delivered, our after sales care team can give support and advice on furniture care.

Price match honoured
Missed the bank holiday sale but the salesman said keep a watch on the price on the en site if it drops before delivery we will match it ! Sure enough customer services no quibble refunded me over £670 in two price match phone calls

Doncaster Showroom
We went into the Doncaster showroom. Sales manager was very friendly, let us walk around unbothered, then when we were ready to order, he really could not do enough for us. Paperwork was really easy to complete.
In and out in 20 mins and very happy with my purchase.

Delivery process appalling
Delivery process appalling. The goods were dumped in an inappropriate place in the house leaving my wife unable to move them . No assistance was given with unpacking and the delivery driver refused to take the very substantial packaging away leaving my wife having to pack in in her car and take it to the nearest tip some 10 miles away. All this having paid for delivery. We will not be using Oak Furniture land again.

Great staff member
Staff member gave us some time when we first came in but then came over. He was helpful and not pushy with the sale. He encouraged my dad to try the armchair a few times before deciding if he wanted to buy it. He made sure that he had shown us all the armchairs available before settling on the armchair.
