Waste of money
I ordered Nuskin Nucolour Nutriol Eyelash Growth Lash & Brow Serum treatment and it’s definitely a waste of £30.
PYRAMID SCHEME - PLEASE AVOID!
This is a pyramid scheme. So so sad that most of the women who get dragged into this truly believe they are becoming 'business owners' and that they are helping other women. The exact opposite is true - according to their own reports the average ANNUAL INCOME for a rep is just $396. This is the average, many many women end up spending more than this in their own money to buy products to keep their 'business' open. If you see positive reviews and comments everywhere online they are almost always from the reps themselves.
Don’t bother buying a lumispa
Don’t bother buying a lumispa. I’ve had 2 that have stopped working and now it’s happened again but guess what … it’s out of warranty. Why sell a product that isn’t fit for purpose
Be warned!!!!
I have bought several different products from them & not a single one had any good effects.
The tanning stuff is horrible - they say odorless & it was the strongest nastiest smell I’ve ever had in a tanner. I reeked of it until I took a shower. It also stained my sheets & didn’t wash out. The “tan” was streaky orange & lasted about 2 hours then completely disappeared.
I’ve used 2 tubes of the “whitening” toothpaste with zero change in tooth color & my teeth weren’t really off color to begin with, I just wanted to bring the white up a notch.
I could continue with all the other useless things I bought in the beginning before I knew they were junk, but I don’t care to waste any more time on them! Just be warned! Their before & after pictures were obviously photoshopped & they promise you free products if you’ll post a recommendation for them. Which you may or may not ever get.
Oh and NuBiome drink powder tastes awful & actually makes my stomach hurt instead of help!
Don’t waste your money or time
Long story short -
Ordered a lumia spa, it broke. Sent it back for a replacement, they sent the replacement to someone else and denied it even tho I have the delivery details and tracking and the address wasn’t even close to mine. Eventually they agreed and sent me another one plus some skin care stuff to say sorry.
This one also broke so instead of the same issues I had the time before I just asked for a refund. So I sent it back exactly how they told me to and I never got my refund. They swore they had and kept telling me to check my bank. They ignored all my emails asking them of proof they had refunded my bank account.
MONTHS passed (since lock down) of me being ignored until I threatened to take it further when I was finally replied to and they told me they neede my bank details. They sent me a form via email that I had to print off, fill out and scan back in to send back to them. Then I received another email from a different department saying my case had been passed to them and she would sort it right away but she didn’t have my bank details as I’d sent them to the last people sorting it (so fxck knows where those are now). I said PayPal as I assumed it was quickest and I had my money in minuets. I have no idea why they couldn’t have done this months ago (so long ago I no longer have the date of the original emails🙃)
And to top it off the absolute cheek of the crap company that couldn't reply for months before then just moments after sent me an email with a 30£ voucher on it so spend on their website as compensation after leaving me without a device or my money since lock down 🤣🤣🤣
An Honest Review
I have oily combo skin that is prone to hormonal break outs. I also have what I consider to be larger pores. This device has been a total game change for me. NO, I do not sell these products. I however do not use the Nuu cleanser , I prefer to stick with my hydraulic acid gentle cleanser. I’m pretty surprised by the negative reviews about dry skin and break outs. This device has never dried me out and has totally combated my breakouts. I do a FULL skin care routine. That includes toner and a rich moisturizer. So maybe those who had issues aren’t moisturizing after use? I started with the medium silicone head and then switched to the hard one which proved to be even better for my oily combo skin. I would say the device is absolutely worth the money. I use it daily and can’t say enough good things!
Great customer service and products
Good company, good products.
My lumi spa recently stopped working after having it a few months, their customer service was amazing, they replied to my email within a day and easily replaced my lumi spa as part of my warranty. No hassle, good communication and their postage/delivery is unbelievably quick!! Never had to wait longer than 2 days to receive my items.

I loved my lumi Spa but recently the lights on it have broken and I have no idea if it's even charging. It's also stopped vibrating when you need to change the area of your face and doesn't automatically shut off. It just turns on and spins continuously. I called customer services who were really friendly but needed the sellers order number so I could claim on the warrantee. I was never given this and the seller had disappeared off the face of the earth. I thought the device serial number would be enough. I understand the policy is the policy but it's so disappointing to spend so much money on something and got it to go wrong after a year. I love it so much that I'm considering buying another one but so worried it will break again 😓
Ignorant users
Those who say that titanium dioxide is dangerous really have no idea what they're talking about. It's powder, and of course those with the right mind would not "inhale". Anything that's in powder form shouldn't be inhaled. Plus, you guys testing it on your skin for 10 days and etc? Shame on you. However, would some people have a bad reaction? Yes. By not doing a patch test just like any other product only shows that the user is utterly ignorant. Cheers!

Save yourself money and stay away from them ! Nu Skin promotes false advertisement for you to buy their products - social media reps accept only positive reviews and bad ones are removed ! I have purchased tanning lotion - Insta Glow, as per advertisement was not suppose to stain your clothes and have no to little scent ! All proved to be lies ! It stained my clothes and bedding and it has very strong smell - bad enough to give me a headache! And of course Nu Skin isn't accepting returns ! All attempts of contacting Customer Services and returning this item have been unsuccessful ! Moreover, Tooth Paste makes your teeth very sensitive! Now questioning all Nu Skin products !

I loved my lumi spa...and then it stopped working. Apparently you are are not supposed to store it in the charging station between uses. Although I am sure it was written in the instructions, and it is my fault for not reading ALL of the instructions...I have never had a facial brush that couldn't be stored in the charging station and it causing harm. For the price I paid and cannot recoup....you should be able to store it wherever you want to!!!

I have just read all the reviews on here where have you people purchases your lumi spa from ?
Spend your money elsewhere!
I tried the lumispa with sensitive cleanser, used twice a day as per recommended. I am not a spotty person, I just wanted fresher, glowy looking skin. After using the lumispa for a couple of days, my skin did feel smoother/softer. BUT by day 4/5 I had massive dry patches, of flaky, scratchy skin. I also had breakouts of spots on my cheeks and jaw line which I have never experienced. I was completely disappointed. I contacted the instagrammed who sold me it, explained my problems, had a couple of back and forth polite interactions and I was then blocked 🙃 I have since gone back to my trusted neutrogena hydro boost, which has thankfully cleared up my skin!
NuSkin Ageloc Dermatic Effects
I tried NuSkin Ageloc Dermatic Effects lotion for 10 days and used nothing else on my skin while testing it. I felt that when I applied it to my skin on every application, it would initially feel like a “glaze”. My skin would look good for about 30 minutes, then it began drying out my skin. It didn’t provide any moisture to my skin at all, and did absolutely nothing to the crepy skin on my neck, inner arms, and inner thighs. I was hopeful and tried to be positive during the testing, but definitely not a fan as I seen 0 results on these areas. Plus I could not stand the smell. I didn’t think of taking photos when I began the test and just used my own vision as a checkpoint. Was hoping that it would do the trick, but I am back to my spa lotion. While my spa lotion is pricey, it has immediate results within a couple days and makes my skin look youthful again with collagen and other ingredients. It is my “miracle” lotion. Not a fan of your lotion.
Lost my eyebrow hair, don’t use lash serum!
Tried the eyelash treatment, works well on my eyelashes but it advises can be used to grow eyebrow hairs… ended up losing a patch of my eyebrow hair so I need to colour in my eyebrow every time I go out now, would not recommend overall
So happy with my products
So happy with my products. Just like any skincare line it can take time for skint to adjust and find what works. after trying a few different cleansers I found the perfect combo with the Lumispa. I do have to switch to dry cleanser in the winter due to my skin reacting to the weather. The acne cleanser is great for short burst as it helps to calm down any blemishes. However as it contains salicylic acid I only use for a couple of weeks as this ingredient is known in skincare to be a little drying.
I've also dropped my LumiSpa so I called the customer service number and received a replacement that week!
Its a scam
A “friend” tried to get me into NuSkin. Their strategy is, not to mention the name of the company before you sit at the meeting with them. The meeting was on zoom. The woman who was also in the meeting and trying to sell it was telling how big her house is and how many mercedes she drives, and the background on her zoom was obviously fake! The background had a view and nothing was moving it was obviously a picture background. She was telling me so many lies. Fortunately I allready knew the reputation of this company. My stepfather loss a alot of money on this back in 2002. This is a SCAM! My “friend” continoues to get people in and makes it so mystireous on her socialmedia and does not mention the name og the company, she just tell people how she can change their life. And try to get them on a meeting. Its like she is brainwash.

I’ve had my lumi spa device just over a year. Looked after it, constantly been charged and all of a sudden it’s just stopped working, won’t come on or work at all. Not happy at all emailed the company no response. Don’t waste over £200 on something that’s going to break
Honest review
I wanted to rate an honest review. I used to sell nuskin products. I did not put in as much work as what was probably needed to be successful so the business model didn't work for myself but that's not to say it wouldn't work for somebody else who was comfortable selling products over social media.
The products are very expensive however I have not been selling Nuskin for a year now and still use the Lumispa and the mud mask religiously. I really do rate these products so much. They have helped my skin and I will be continuing to use them!
