Do NOT order from here - dangerous 'reconditioned' pram

This is probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a reconditioned pushchair/pram from their website and within days of use the seat unit fell sharply backwards, shaking & jolting my baby. I thought perhaps I had put it together wrongly so tried again but the same thing happened.

Speaking to their customer service felt like talking to a brick wall, but after repeated emails and phone calls they agreed to repair the seat unit. Once I had returned the unit, they demanded payment to send it back, saying they would destroy it if I didn't pay - I felt I had no choice. Upon fitting the returned 'repaired' seat unit, it fell backwards within minutes of being in use - again shaking & jolting my baby. I do not know if it had been repaired at all. All further attempts to contact them were ignored. I ended up reporting them to Trading Standards.

While poor customer service is bad enough, providing faulty, dangerous nursery items, which could have seriously injured my baby, is beyond reproach. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

No update on my order

I ordered a walker a week ago and the order still says processing payment. I had sent a couple of emails and tried calling the number mentioned on the website and there is no response for any of them. This is very annoying. I am still waiting for the status on my order.

I ordered a few items from this website and i had to go
Elsewhere because they dont communicate,all i wanted was some response and acknowledgement that my order was received and still got no response

Do not order from here...!

Placed my order online for petite star zia x pushchair received my order confirmation then nothing..... Tried to contact via phone and email with no response. Still nothing has arrived a week later. Now trying to claim my money back through PayPal. Do not order from this site

Zero customer service

Purchased a petit star zia x, paid and not received only been a week but tried calling and emailing and zero response. My status has said processing now it says reversed without any explanation. For an award winning pushchair the customer service leaves a lot to be desired!! Just hoping my money is on it's way back to me if no buggy!

Do not purchase anything from here..

I have been trying to return a pushchair I purchase do still with no joy, as you need to fill in the form for a RMN number that after 5 days I still haven't heard any response.. I have also sent an email asking for help to get this but also still not response.. So please please please do not purchase for this site because no help on after care..

Great value, great service

I ordered two Njoy Bubble buggies - one for me and one for a friend. We're both delighted.

They were in top notch condition and we love the features. Very easy to set up and adjust all the settings (back rest, foot rests, straps etc). Although it's still early days we're very happy.

The only issue is I can see them being robbed by the grannies and we'll be left Bubble-less! We've also recommended them to a lot of people but there's none on the site any more :-(

Exceeded expectations

I ordered a reworked B Zia Evolve at the weekend a bit nervous about what condition it may arrive in but for a discount of £200 off the RRP I was prepared to give it a go.

Delivery was to be 3-4 days with an option to include special instructions so I thought I'd suggest that I would prefer delivery on a Tuesday but if this wasn't possible then to deliver to my safe place. I was very surprised to get a dispatch email saying delivery was going to be the very next Tuesday especially when delivery was very reasonable anyway.

Everything expected to arrive was neatly packaged into one box with a decent amount of packaging to avoid any parts being further scratched in transit.

The only assembly needed was popping the wheels on and full instructions for this was included with very comprehensive instructions on how to open/close and convert the pushchair from pram to pushchair.

The car seat looks brand new and the pushchair still had the original tags on. There were no marks to the wheels at all. I looked hard for scratches and couldn't find any! The only evidence of the pushchair having been used before was the newborn liner was quite bobbly although still perfectly functional. To have this as the only thing not new I feel very happy with the over all value for money and can't recommend nursery value high enough!

Could have done better

I ordered a reworked A travel system from this company. It took a couple of days to be dispatched, and a further day to reach me. There were broken parts on the system which prevented the wheels being attached, otherwise the whole system looked to be new. We decided that we would be quite happy if, rather than sending the whole thing back as defective, the company would simply send us replacements for the broken parts. This seemed a nice simple solution and I would have given this company five stars for their service and their ability to put things right. However, it took two weeks and another email in which I needed to reiterate my consumer rights before they actually bothered to send me the parts, two weeks of looking at my new buggy but being unable to use it. I really wished I'd simply asked them to take it back and requested a chargeback through my card issuer. Based on this experience, I may or may not use this company again (depending on what sort of offers they have) but I could not recommend them as a positive buying experience to others. I'm sure that had I not received broken parts, I would say that I was happy, but it when a customer gets problems that you really highlight the strengths and weaknesses of a company, and they showed their inability to quickly sort out issues and keep customers happy.

As for the broken parts, we do inspect items before shipping so this might have occurred in transit. I'm sorry to hear that the resolution process took 2 weeks - I will look into this further. Very impressed!

Bought a petit star zia reworked B in pink for £59.99 with a free black footmuff. Delivery was fast and arrived a few days after placing the order. Was a. Bit apprehensive at first buying a reworked model so set myself up to expect a slightly damaged used one, as per the description. When it came it looked brand new and still in l packaging. Only damage I can see if a tiny scratch on the underside of the frame which will never be seen, and that was after meticulously searching to see what was wrong with it for about 20 mins! Will definitely buy again from this company, I'm actually looking at buying another zia to keep in our second car!

fab service and good quality.

Looked at all the reviews and ordered with the attitude of see if its too good to be true! However my order was dispatched the next day and delivered as promised, on opening the parcel I was really impressed at the quality I have received in my petit star evolve pramette. I am yet use it but cant wait for the arrival of my daughter to try it out. I have looked all over and found no marks, scratches or imperfections, came totally unassembled in new condition with everything I will need to transport my baby to keep her warm, comfortable and dry. Up to now would so recommend this company and defo buy again in future if i need to, fantastic price.

after reading the reviews on the petite star i thought how could they be so cheap when ppl are saying they are recieving looking brand new. when i received i could not believe it, wheels were in bags (brand new) and i couldnt find any scratches or anything. def recommend to friends & family

Perfect buy for my needs - BARGAIN!!

This was a perfect buy - taking the next step up from a baby car seat pushchair. The fact that the product was highly reduced due to it been a reworked model was great - the product arrived very quickly and apart from the odd marks that was expected for a reworked item the pushchair was in fantastic condition. The updates provided by the seller was great also. All round happy customer!!
