Cannot be bothered to turn up to appointment over the phone

I have tried to make an appointment with them to see a doctor, I got appointment reminders via text and appointments moved with no prior warning, however no one bothered to get back to me, and nothing on my call logs on my mobile.

I did call them to complain to the practice manager and even that seems overly complex, apparently I need to make another appointment to do this, it's crazy. I will be referring this to the BMA.
