On time, clean and tidy, polite and friendly,

Could not hope for more. Smart technician came promptly and completed jobs efficiently with useful explanations. Paperwork/certificate also came promptly by email which enabled the whole operation to be completed without delay.

Boiler service completed. Engineer arrived on time..

William from N. Price plumbing and heating was courteous, professional and thorough doing this year’s Gas Safe check on my Vokera boiler. Gave me valuable advice about renewing my CO monitor and reassured me that the outside flue was functioning as were all the parts within the boiler itself. Another sterling piece of work from this company that I have grown to rely on and have confidence in, in recent years.

I started using Neil Price a few years ago, having previously had British Gas Homecare. This company is wonderful to deal with, no hanging about on the phone and you get to speak to a human straight away!.
The maintenance visit was pre-booked and confirmed the day before. Thomas the engineer was very polite, even removing his shoes at the door. He explained what he was going to do and how everything worked.
All in all excellent service from the office staff and engineers and would definitely recommend.

Chaotic, inefficient and unprofessional. Failed to arrive with the correct tools, despite me telephoning 24 before to alert the need for a key. Failed to complete the job, despite me telephoning 24 in advance to ask for extra work to be done, and being assured it would be. Message via the website, unanswered after THREE WEEKS.

Very disappointed.We got the people from N price down for couple of jobs. The workers seemed very nice and quality of the work not so bad. Unfortunately we all sometimes make a mistake, but I expected the company insurance cover the damage created by their workers. Unfortunately by using this company you will end up by paying for the work they did + cover your neighbours flooding costs. Would not use them again.

As always we received quick and efficient service from NPrice. Reasonably priced too, that’s why, as a charity, they are our first point of call.
