Great Service
I've been using Novo for a few years now to insure both my Tesla Model S and Model 3. Not the cheapest out there but the customer service is spot on and worth the premium.
No spending ages going through an automated phone system, you just get to speak to a human straight away who just gets what's needed done.
Had to claim for a windshield replacement after a stone cracked it and again was a painless experience.
Only critique I could have is being more competitive on pricing but realistically you can't expect a race to the bottom when you actually get custom service.
