Shoes ordered came wrong size, 6 sizes too small, had to send back, my expense, promised full refund when returned, nothing happened, contacted again, promised would look into it, then nothing, don’t reply to e-mails, so I presume must be a scam to get money and don’t refund. Waiting time 2 months. Anyone else experienced same?
Exactly the the same as per Paul(other recent review) - these people are clearly bad and have no scruples. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM- you will have no chance of any refund from them. I have sent various emails, made many calls- absolutely nothing will happen. They are unscrupulous. Lost money and am left with a badly fitting fake product.
I purchased a pair of ladies Skechers trainers on 7 November. When the trainers arrived they were clearly fake. I contacted the company on 26 November with no response so I disputed the transaction with the credit card provider. When I made further contact the company asked for images of the product which were provided. The company then offered me a 50% refund which I thought was an insult for fake goods.
