Before I ordered
Before I ordered, I knew there would be a very long wait for the items to be delivered. In total it took 2 weeks for the package to arrive. Obviously it's impossible to give 5 stars with such long waiting times. The items came very well packaged. However, while your package gets delivered with FedEx, in Ireland it is handed over to Fastway for the final leg of the journey. This courier company is terrible. You have to fill out a form to give them permission to leave your package outside the door. I never filled out such a form. They still left my package outside the door which could have easily been stolen. I would suggest Novaperfume to associate with a better courier like GLS rather than Fastway and FedEx who are also terrible. All in all I am very happy with the order and will be ordering again.

Dutch not my communication method
I have asked for an update to the status of my order, initially I was assured 1-2 days, eventually I received no response, and then they asked for my review in Dutch not my communication method, this is not a poor service, it is abysmal!!

Order Cancelled, price increased
Bought a perfume for a discounted price (Discount was listed on the site). After 3 days I received a message my order was cancelled, and that I'd receive a refund. Upon revisiting the site, I saw they increased the price of the perfume, and you could just order it again. Bad service for cancelling the order, even though it was listed as a sale item.

I feel abused
Ordered skin care for a reasonable amount of money which was transferred immediately with the order. After long silence I asked about delivery date and was told they could not deliver to Canary Islands and if I wanted to receive my package I had to find out myself how to contact customs and where my package went, without any tracking numbers. Reimbursement of my money still not has taken place and they blame me for not specifically mention while ordering that the address for shipment was in Canary Islands. I feel abused.
