No confirmation Emil, so disappointing
I am very disappointed because i didn't receive any confirmation email after i ordered the goods.This lead me to contact my bank and the police for fraude after you didn't respond my calls and e-mails.
My bank card was blocked and i had to pay for a new one, so i ended up paying more than the price of the goods. I however received the goods after 9 days.

I was extremely pleased with this company. My order was such good value. I like to keep track of my orders especially if l haven’t used a company’s web sire previously so l contacted them by email as l couldn’t see where my parcel was on the tracker over a weekend.
They responded the next day and assured me my order was on its way. They then followed up with another email letting me know and a third to say if my parcel didn’t arrive to let them know.
My parcel did arrive, well packaged and exactly as l ordered. Their company have such good value and totally contactable which is very reassuring and l will not hesitate to use Nova perfume again with full confidence.💯

Very good email and website support. All perfumes arrived in good condition. Long delivery. I made an order on October 22, the order arrived on November 10 in Finland.
