I love my Novapan!

I purchased my Novapan around 2 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of learning it. The quality of the handpan is amazing, it sounds great and feels much more expensive than it actually was. Novapan are a great company making handpan more accessible to everyone. I would highly recommend.

Excellent handpan and still going strong after a few years!

I love the sound and quality of my Handpan D Kurd 12 notes (gold), when I decide to buy it in 2023, I make many reviews about differents handpans and this one appears on the top 10 list because of the quality and angelic sound, for the price I could afford, and this one was the first handpan that I ever played from a friend of mine a year before I buy mine, and I have to say it, is the best decision I made, I take care of it and 2 years after it’s still in good shape and sounds exactly the same!!
That’s why I highly recommended!!
It arrived after a month.

Price quality is amazing, they have a support which replies fast. And the Handpans are actually really fun to play ! :D I recommend if you look for something worth it's price.

Great hand pan it took a little while to show up but well worth the wait. I’m already dreaming about buying the next one.

Such a great sounding Handpan. My Nova hand pan B Celtic minor was my intro to the Handpan world and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely in the works of getting one more from them. Plus David has so many great videos to help novice players really get better with their instruments.

I love my NovaPan. I am still in love with this beautiful instrument. I believe handmade things take longer than machine made and I had a great experience purchasing my drum from NovaPan. I recommend their company and instruments.

Novapans was informative about their selection of handpans and the delivery time. Although, my handoan was delayed they offered a bundle of free practice songs as compensation. As a first time purchaser I was incredibly pleased!

I had a great experience purchasing my 13 Note D Amara NovaPans Handpans just recently (December 2024). Not only was the communication timely but so was the delivery of the handpan too (it took just under 3 weeks from my date of order, as they state on their website). Oh, and the SOUND! I don't know how many handpans you guys have played but the sustain on my Gen 7 is out of this world. I almost play myself to sleep every time I play it :D

Judging from some of the reviews here, I can only imagine they had some bumps during and shortly after the pandemic. Glad I ordered recently.

I bought my very first handpan which was also a novapans during covid. It was my very first experience with the instrument. At the time a demo unit of d kurd 8 was $900. It was well worth the price even, or perhaps especially in today's economy. I've had it for several years and it never went out of tune. It was a very solid beginner handpan for the price.

I ordered a handpan from novapans. The order took a bit longer than I expected, but the handpan was a custom order. David, the owner, contacted me quickly when I had a question. He sent at no cost to me a microphone for the handpan. David was responsive and communicated with me each step. When I had additional questions, he again was responsive. I can say that David is fair and truly wants to help you have a good experience with your handpan.

I ordered a handpan a few months ago, I had some issues at first with customer service and the bad communication, but then multiple times I spoke to David (the founder of Novapans) and honestly I am pleased with the way David handled everything. My handpan arrived in brilliant condition, the quality is AMAZING! The sound is beautiful and looks well-made! I highly recommend Novapans! If you struggle with email communication just message Novapans on Facebook and honestly with a little patience and faith you will receive your order and you will love it! If you are a beginner Novapans have free lessons to get you started with the basics. Infinite gratitude to David for handling my order with care and great communication! Thank you! :))

10/10 this is my second purchase with novapan handpan and I am very happy with my two Handpans, before I even committed to get a Handpan from them I got two more from other sellers and I can clearly hear the difference in quality! The sound is more sustainable and crisp! It truly gives you that sensation of a sound bath! I got the generation 7 series and I love them both!

It's a scam! Don't buy! I ordered my handpan back in the start of May and now in the mid of June I still haven't received my handpan. I tried contacting them two weeks ago, but didn't receive an answer. Then I tried contacting them through their form on their website and I still haven't heard from them. I will try to ask PayPal now to get my money back. I should have read these reviews on Trustpilot before ordering...

I typically never write reviews, even when service or a product is bad but this company was completely uninterested in ANY communication with me which was really frustrating. I ordered a handpan from them in March, and when the 3 week delivery date came and went with no handpan in sight, I sent them an email via the address they included on my confirmation email. It bounced back immediately, so I had to fill out a contact form via their website. Never heard a peep from these guys. They also have NO working phone number to contact them. I had to dispute the charge with my bank in the end.... super duper disappointing experience!! Approach with caution!

I've bought a handpan here in February. It arrived in May but was out of tune, I've send an e-mail to them about this and they send another one, which also arrived out of tune. In order to solve this they decided to send me another one, which also arrived out of tune. In the process of solving it I was promissed to get reimbursed if I just shipped the handpans to some addresses I was provided and I've not heard from them ever since. They still owe me about 800 EUR.
