Found a dress i really liked from white fox boutique but they did not have my size in stock so i found it on novao, usually i read reviews beforehand but unfortunately didn't this time, it has been 2 weeks since i ordered and haven't received any update, i have sent an email asking for a refund but feeling like i've lost my $95 now
Terrible store , they take photos of other brands quality items and pretend to sell it , when you go to tell your bank you’ve been scammed , because they actually send you ‘an item’ you can’t call it a scam with your bank and you have to fill out all kinds of crazy paperwork (which they must know makes it hard for you to report them which is why they send you ‘an item’ ). Then they offer you 40% back because they know shipping it back to china is expense and a big job so you will drop the claim with the bank! Completely unethical ! terrible , morals , disrespectful do not buy from them !
I ordered a dress and complained that it was not like the picture, €80 for a dress that looks like from SHEIN.
When this happened, I requested a refund and was told that I could just keep the dress and get refunded since they had no courier to pick it up.
It’s been 7 months and I’ve emailed them, even sent a letter stating my legal rights about my refund. I will be reporting them to the ACM.
THIS IS A FRAUD !! DONT ORDER ANYTHING, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY !

Your items will look nothing like their advertising and the fabrics couldn’t be cheaper. I’ve contacted them 8 times for a return address for a refund and still no luck. Don’t waste your money as you’ll be very disappointed.

I got the wrong products and then it was impossible to refund them. Lost 250€ but police report is filed!
Poor quality, asked for a return and they said 21 days for money to be returned and nothing has been received.
