I over ordered by mistake, but they sorted it and refunded the difference easily. Product arrived quickly.
As it was a tap valve it needed to fit the bolt/screw connecting to tap g handle, however the “female” was a different thread to my original. Not Just Taps are sending a longer version to fit at their expense.

I honestly can't fault these guys! First 3 sinks purchased from them we delivered faster than estimated. The process was quick and efficient. This time round I ordered another sink which there was a slight problem with. They emailed me straight away and we agreed on a replacement. The whole back and forth conversation by email was maybe 10 minutes if that! Was very very impressed. Thank you again Pamela for such a speedy resolution! Required a diverter valve for my shower/bath mixture tap and all plumbing supplies could not help. Notjusttaps could and the replacement valve was installed in under 2 minutes. Thanks for your prompt service.

Kitchen tap went faulty and started spurting water sideways and constantly soaking the back splash. No idea about plumbing but i knew that it was something to do with the filter at end of the tap I descaled it first not the answer so unscrewed the end of the tap and the aerator had started to disintegrate. I found Not Just Taps.com and loads of measurements later & not at all sure what I was doing I messaged and sent pictures - immediate reply came back and told me that all I needed was new aerator a simple £3.50 part 2 days later it was in place and order is restored!

Unfortunately both items ordered are the wrong size so are being returned.

I measured the thread diameter of my faulty tap at 3/4" so ordered that size. The part supplied has a thread diameter of one inch, but apparently this is a standard plumbing dimension.

As a non professional plumber, just a competent DIYer, my best option now is to visit a local plumbers merchant with the old unit and say "I want a new one of these" Be careful what you order.

They didn’t have to items I needed in stock but the provided me with alternative in a very efficient and prompt manner. I will be using this company again.

I had some problems with their website not receiving my request. But once my request was received they identified the correct compression valve, which I received promptly. Helpful.

Went to two long standing local plumber suppliers who inform they dont do them size valves for taps anymore now. And the tap Divided Spout I would have go back to the manufacture. Must I have been there coffee break.

 Found Notjusttaps.uk. 10 mins later a return e-mail, ordered, delivered and job done two days later.

As NJT is not far from where I live I arranged to collect the part as I needed it straightaway. Due to road works and diversions it was touch and go to collect before they closed. No problem they would leave it outside for me to collect. I must have got there just before closing and was greeted by a gentleman who handed me the parts so never got out of my car. All in all a great company to buy from

Purchased a pair of 'wrist levers' for our bathroom basin taps. One of them was far from being a tight fit considering they are a spline fitting.
Contacted NJT who quickly despatched a replacement pair with no fuss or bother.
Unfortunately, the same lever (hot tap side) seemed to have a manufactuing fault with the spllnes in that the replacement worked loose after a week or so.
Contacted NJT again who, along with an email of apology, once again sent a replacement - which to date has been a good fit.
Communication with the company has been quick and ultra polite.
Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in highly recommending 'notjust taps'. First class !
