Deceptive pricing practices.
I have paid almost $200 for a name brand product and received an off brand equivalent. While I was pleased with the product I received, I was able to order the product as a generic and paid almost half as much and received the same product, quantity, and dosage. I feel that I was ripped off. The last time I ordered the same medication, I called directly to Northwest Rx and they tried charging me $50 more than the advertised price on the website. When I told the order taker, they matched the price on the site. The pricing practices of your company are deceptive.

When your order was placed, the generic was unavailable from our supplier. To avoid delaying your treatment, we sent the brand name medication at no extra cost, even though it normally costs more. We understand how this could be confusing when comparing it to previous orders.
Regarding the pricing differences: the price shown on our website can sometimes differ from what our agents see in their system during times we are undergoing system upgrades which happens very infrequently. In those cases, our team will always adjust the order to match the online price once it’s brought to their attention.
