Good product description on website. Images and size chart were very helpful for selecting the right shoe. Outstanding communication. I was informed about every step of the shipping process and got a link for parcel tracking. Delivery was sooner than expected.

Delivery was crap! DHL do not follow or read any instructions!
However my beautifully made Northwaves were definitely worth the wait! I used to wear these in my 20’s and they are as good if not better than I remember.

Disappointed in shipping (and return) costs.
Disappointed that I have to pay $33 in shipping for a pair of shoes that I've never tried on before so will most likely need to spend $33 to ship them back for an exchange and spend another $33 for the right sized pair. I'm in the states and don't have to pay such shipping charges from other foreign manufacturers.
