Setup can be problematic
It worked just fine but the issue is that ive used a nomad esim before and the annoying two things are, when you create a new plan it doesnt work with the existing settings you have to completely delete the old esim first, you shouldnt have to do that. Also the easiest and fastest and full proof way to set it up is to scan the QR code but you cant scan a QR code from your phone with the phone the QR code is being displayed on so you have to show the QR code on another device and then scan it with your phone - which might not be possible if you dont have another device! I dont understand why they cant just give you a link instead of a QR code. Once its setup its great!

I am unable to receive verification…
I am unable to receive verification codes, and I cannot log in to my shopping account. This applies to both Guangzhou and Hong Kong.
My daughter's mobile phone has the same problem; it cannot receive verification codes, preventing her from using the hotel Wi-Fi.

I was struggling to get my e-sim to work (all my own silly fault) and the agent that helped me (Tina I think) was so patient & helpful resulting in getting my problem sorted ❤️. in the beginning wasn't working so agent needed to help me setup.
