DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. Total scam. The product arrived but was NOT Cashmere. I wanted to return the order. First they offered me 30% refund to keep the order and then later 40%. As the shipment to China was expensive I chose to get the 40% refund. The money never came. Save yourself the time and money.

No labels in the jumpers
L/XL/XXL all the same size absolute joke
Asked to return was offered a discount as return is so difficult to China.
I reported to bank and they made contact with supplier and were forced to give a refund.
I shipped items back as sizes were small and certainly was not cashmere.
Do not buy from this company

No full refund

I ordered my pretty Chelsea boots,and I received them about 2weeks later.
I didn’t know it came from china , there was no information about this.
When I received item it looked fine but they didn’t fit. I asked to return them and for a refund, however they can refund only 30% of the total fee which is ridiculous considering the shipping time.
I’m now trying through PayPal to try and get a full refund as they won’t offer one.

We understand your frustration regarding sizing and delivery expectations, and we acknowledge that the return process can feel inconvenient. That said, when a customer chooses to return the item, a full refund is processed promptly after inspection. A scam of a company

A scam of a company - ordered a top which was supposedly to be delivered on the 8th of January 26 by Yodel - nothing arrived. Been pursuing a refund for nearly a month now - Noba refuse to answer me - I am now out of pocket £80 - buyer beware - do not touch this company. I have started posting comments on their Facebook page to discourage others not to use them - hopefully others will follow.

This company has faked concern about my refund in their response, as predicted they have yet to contact me directly to resolve the issue and offer me a full refund

Typical rip-off website. Clothes aren't fitted and when yo uwant to return they just keep asking for more info without telling youo how to actually return the product. Have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company - don't use these guys ever

Complete scam of a website

Complete scam of a website, no labels inside, awful quality, came from china. Didn't send me the return address for almost 2 months then told me the 14 day returns period ended so I can't get a refund... how was I meant to send any items back when they refused to send me the returns address?? Only sent it after chasing them every day for 3 weeks straight! Don't get conned, be careful and avoid! To add: I emailed them to send me the return address the same day I received my package, they didn't send me the address for 2 months and then are saying I had 14 days to send it from the time I got my package!? Where am I sending it, to the north pole?! ridiculous

Terrible - Avoid like the plague

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Ordered what was claimed to be a cashmere overshirt and what was delivered was an acrylic garment - not a shirt as it had no buttons or even button holes. Just a "thing". Dealing with customer services is a joke, they offered us a 30% discount which we refused and since then almost nothing, just vague emails claiming that managers were looking at it. Avoid.

No label / tag - most certainly NOT cashmere

I hadn’t checked any reviews prior to buying so I spent about 250euros buying two “cashmere” hoodies and set of merino pants and jacket. Needless to say it’s not even close to cashmere and there is no label or tag on any of the garments explaining what it is made of or how to care. I am extremely frustrated but I bit the bullet. I reached out and they requested pictures and everything but a I have already given the garments out as present and b I have read everyone s experience and I will just not be bothered.
Accepted my fate I got scammed. Just STAY the f away. Pick a credible source to market or whatever it’s called these.
AND ALWAYS CHECK THE REVIEWS. Btw if anyone finds a credible and cheaper cashmere store LET ME KNOW

Do not buy from NOBA LIFESTYLE

Ordered 2 x 100% cashmere scarf, hat & glove sets for Xmas.
First thing was they were not matching, all different colours.
Second thing they were 100% merino wool not cashmere as advertised.
Third thing they advertise returns within 14 days “no questions asked”. It is practically impossible to return as they continually request photos & reasons for the return & refuse to send a returns process.
DO NOTBUY FROM NOBA LIFESTYLE. THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE.

Stay clear of this retailer. Thought I had done my research to ensure this was a genuine business but got caught out when it came to returns. Upon receiving the order I contacted the company to notify them as per their returns policy. Stated that the items did not fit and was open to an exchange or refund. They responded with an instruction to keep the order (which doesn't fit) and that they will give me a discount on another order...basically spending more money to obtain the right size. I reiterated my desire (at this stage) for a refund. They then tried to deter me on the high shipping costs...everything which goes against their returns policy. A few emails later, I finally obtained the returns address...they even advised that I should mark the value as £25 for tax purposes. The returns cost me circa £20 via UPS and address was in China. I forwarded the tracking details and this is when the communications stopped. I have now raised a dispute via my credit card company. The company is claiming non receipt of return and that they offered me a suitable solution...all lies. Luckily I saved all email correspondence and tracking details. They charge for premium products but with deceiving service.

I am absolutely fuming with this company

I am absolutely fuming with this company!!
They are nothing but a scam and low life people who are robbing people left right and centre!

I just wished I would have looked at reviews before making a purchase.

I ordered a so called 'cashmere' jumper for Christmas ad he said it's something he has wanted for a long time , I ordered the size up XL . I paid £80 plus shipping costs
It arrived and was more like a size small. The materiel I can only compare to as being worse than a jumper from temu.

I've never found anything so hard to return in my life!

I asked for their return address via email as they do not provide these details anywhere. They tried to offer me a 30% refund and keep the item, which would have been pointless as it didn't fit and wasn't paying that price for such a cheap material.

I managed to get some instructions to return it which they made it so difficult, they only allow you to return via a company called UPS or USPS

I had to pay £24 to return it

Once the parcel arrived I then receive an email saying they are abandoning the parcel!! Like.. wtf!! Seriously, like it's all just a joke to them after the effort I've put in to getting it returned.

Disgusting company.. avoid at all costs, they should be ashamed of themselves!!

Stay away from this company!

Do not order from this company!
Wish I read the reviews here before ordering. After multiple emails back & fourth with customer service about how to resolve the issue with the faulty item they have sent, they then decide to close the conversation with no warning, telling me I am no longer eligible for an exchange or refund as the return timeframe window has expired.

Would also like to highlight that from the start they did not want to give me the full refund but instead offered me a 30% refund and I get to keep the item. Sorry, but why am I going to keep something that has a manufacture fault? Especially when it wasn’t cheap! I’m now left with an expensive item I cannot wear.

In response to Nobas reply below: I contacted you 10 days before the returns window expired. So as we were in conversation well ahead of the expiration date, I saw that as I was within the correct time frame. Why didn’t you at any point during those emails tell me there was a cut off point?!

I am appalled with the customer service…

I am appalled with the customer service from NOBA. They sent fault items which were not as described, no button holes on the jackets, no labels in the items and certainly not cashmere. I have spent the last month chasing for return details, to be messed around and not sent the correct details, to now be told that the returns timeframe has expired and I can no longer return or get my money back. Now they are saying they will no longer respond to me emails. This company is fake and based in china with faulty items. Do not use!!!

PLEASE do not purchase anything from…

PLEASE do not purchase anything from these people, the website looks glossy and legit. But it's cheap rubbish from china and most def NOT cashmere!! Once you have realised this and flagged it to them, they will offer you a 30% then 40% discount to try and keep you quiet. They should pay for the return of the item as you have been sold it fraudulently.....they will take their time in responding to you as the 14 day window closes and you will no longer be entitled to a refund (at the expense of you sneding it back to china ££)
