I am replying to Nobalifestyle’s last response to my trustpilot review.
They seem to be able to reply to reviews but don’t reply to customers emails. I am still waiting for a reply to my last email from 5 days ago (for the record on the same email thread that has been used)!!
All I want is the return details to return the 2 items that I received not the 3 that I ordered and paid for 25 days ago.
As I have stated my bank are fully aware of this situation. What a disgrace of a company!

To begin with the quality of the product they sell is trash. Misrepresentation to the max.Delay in delivery. When I wanted to return it. They don't allow return. They told me to give it to charity and offered 30% refund. I have not seen a poor customer service like this. They do not respond to email until after 3 and 4 days. Not sure how they are allowed to trade in the U.S

Terrible
Terrible, horrible quality item for the price . However the reason for returning the item was the sizing . Like with other people’s experiences I was eventually offered a 30% refund after lots of emails and about 30 days . That never arrived upon futrther contact the said 60days ?!

Absolutely awful the Ai response to this feedback will also not be genuine , much like their quality of goods statements and suggestion that they have a returns policy at all .

I come here to warn you but also with a solution to help others in the same situation
I requested a return within the company’s stated 14-day return window after receiving my item, which their website says is “no questions asked". Despite this, they did not process the return normally and instead tried to push me toward accepting partial refunds multiple times, and even tried to fight me on my reason for return despite their website policy saying "You can return a product for any reason within 14 days guaranteed".
They added conditions that were not clearly disclosed upfront or on their website, including requiring the item to be shipped internationally at my expense and restricting which couriers I could use. They also instructed me to declare a false customs value, which I was not comfortable doing.
Two of their replies even accidentally included instructions from ChatGBT - showing they use scripted messages to persuade customers to accept partial refunds rather than returns. That raised serious concerns about how they handle customer service. The first one said "use this verbatim instead
so you can clarify the 14 days return and exchange process". The second was worse saying "If you want, I can also draft an even more persuasive version that emphasizes the 40% refund as a “fast and easy” solution while keeping the return as a secondary option. This often encourages customers to take the refund without returning the item. Do you want me to do that?"
After clocking the chatGBT answer in their email, I decided not to reply any further and checked here on Trust Pilot. They are purposely taking longer to reply to people during opening a return so that they cannot send the item back within the 14 day window too.
**SOLUTION**
Along with screenshots of everything said over email, a link with proof of the return policy I quoted and a link to trust pilot reviews - this is the message I sent to my bank to file a dispute. My bank refunded me within 10 minutes of raising this (I am with Chase bank). Feel free to use this if you need to, but make sure what is said here also applies to your own situation and reword as neccessary:
"Hello, I would like to open a dispute for a debit card transaction.
Merchant: Sp Noba
Transaction date: [insert date]
Amount: [insert amount]
Reason for dispute: Merchant is refusing to honor their published return policy and is engaging in misleading and obstructive conduct.
The merchant’s own website states they have a 14-day return policy and that customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving an item. It also notes that if a return is accepted, they will notify the customer and refund the original payment method.
Despite contacting them within the return window and providing all requested information and photos, the merchant added multiple unreasonable and undisclosed conditions, including:
-Requiring the return to be shipped to China at my cost
-Restricting the carriers I am allowed to use
-Instructing me to declare a false customs value
They also repeatedly offered partial refunds instead of processing the straightforward return and full refund their policy promises.
One of their responses accidentally included an internal instruction indicating they are using scripted persuasive messaging to encourage customers to forego returns and accept partial refunds. This shows they are not acting in good faith to honor their published policy.
Furthermore, independent customer reviews on Trustpilot show a pattern of similar problems. Many reviewers report that:
-They were unable to secure refunds despite requesting returns
-Customer service was unresponsive or automated
-The company pressured customers into partial settlements
-They made it difficult or impossible to complete a return as advertised
This indicates a pattern of the merchant not honoring its return policy and, in many cases, failing to provide return information or refunds even when customers complied with the process.
I have screenshots of the merchant’s return policy, my communication with them, and Trustpilot reviews demonstrating this pattern.
Please open a dispute for merchant misrepresentation and failure to honor published return policy.

Edit: I do not trust their reply to this review one bit. It again feels like a ChatGBT response which they clearly use to run their entire customer service. Do not be fooled. The fact their trust pilot score is so low from countless other reviews tells you everything you need to know.

A very long delay, No Return Policy
A very long dealy in delivery time. The product I ordered is not a cashmere product as advertised. It was poor quality and it did not fit. I requested a retuns process as there was nothing in the package to retun the item.
Forget trying to return an item, they delayed the request by first asking for photos, whici I supplied, followed up by emails. This went on for 2 weeks, until the 14 day retun dated expired then they stated I never returned the item within the 14 day period and declined the return (without sending any return detail procedure) DO NOT TOUCHTHIS COMPANY)

30% refund for 2 shirts too small
I ordered 2 shirts from Noba, and when they arrived, they were so small I literally could not button the shirts. I emailed the company, inquiring as to the return process. When they finally arrived I was asked to provide photos of the shirts, as well as photos of the bag label. After doing all of that, they emailed me saying that a 30% refund was a fair offer. My bad: I should have done my research before ordering. That won't happen again.

NOBA Lifesyle - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Do not trust this company. They are complete scammers. They advertise their goods as Cashmere and other luxury materials. What arrives is disgraceful. No buttons, the material is synthetic and the cuts awful. They literally slap it together. I tried to send it back it took countless emails, demands for photos, labels only one item had a label! After 3 weeks they eventually sent me an address in China. They insisted I send it back via UPS. I got a quote and it was £70! I then approached them they said they would give me 30% of my money back and I should keep the products which I don’t want. They don’t fit anyone and are nasty. I said I would let it go if they gave me 50% of what I paid. We settled on 40%. They have now sent an email saying they revoke the offer even though I have it in writing and they have closed the ticket and account. They never were going to reimburse me. They are scammers and should be shut down. This is my aim to save others being scammed. If you agree, please help me to warn others by spreading the word on your socials.

Don’t buy from here!
Don’t buy from here! I bought a ‘cashmere’ jumper that arrived after a month (international shipping from China) with no labels, definitely not cashmere. The refund process is a mess and you had to pay the international shipping costs to send back. When I did send the item back, they refused giving me a refund, despite my contacting them multiple times.

Do not purchase from this company
Absolutely dreadful quality, unfit for purpose. 10 minutes after opening the package I requested a refund. Followed instructions sent by the company and returned the product via fedex, which was costly but there was no point keeping the product which cost over £100. I tracked the return to China at which point they refused to accept the package. Hopefully I can claim via my credit card for the product but I’m never going to see the £32 return shipping cost.
I must respond to the response from the company.
1. I have already reached out using the email thread which included your information on how to return the product.
2. The FedEx tracking information shows the return had cleared customs etc and was out for delivery and delivery was refused.
3. If any additional taxes were required, this was not communicated to me at any stage. The product was therefore returned in good faith. Any applicable duties or taxes should have been collected locally at the appropriate time, and I cannot accept responsibility for charges that were not previously disclosed.

I really regret not reading the reviews about this company before purchasing a cashmere tracksuit from this unscrupulous company. Bunch of disgusting, shameless people.
The only way to contact them is by email and there is no other way of communicating with them. I spent 7 days trying to exchange my purchase for a larger size. They ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the problem. Despite sending numerous emails they just didn't respond.
What despicable and disgraceful people. Totally ignored all of my emails, requests for an exchange for a larger size.
I hope that they go bust but fear that they will open another company and continue business as usual.
I am age 59 years and this is without doubt The worst company I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Absolute scam! DO NOT BUY from this company. Husband ordered "cashmere" lounge wear set for my Christmas present without reading the reviews first. 100% not cashmere. Bad quality and itchy. When we raised a refund request with them they took ages to reply and asked for a photograph. Followed instructions. Paid £26 to return to china! We've now received an email to say they will not refund the item because it was over 14 days of us receiving the item! No sh*t Sherlock...you took ages to reply and we had to ship it to the other side of the world! Absolute disgrace. Paid over £100 for the set. Hopefully the credit card company can assist us in investigating this absolute disgrace of a company!

Do not expect to receive a refund of anything bought.
Company offers 14 day return policy but despite contacting them numerous times requesting a return address for the item to be returned, they would not supply it, so I could not return the item within the 14 day limit. They eventually offers a 30% refund and said I could keep the item, but it was too small, so keeping it was of no use. A company to avoid in future.

Shocking customer service
Items take forever to arrive with very poor communication on timeline. They have sent me the wrong size jumper - quite clear when you compare the same items against each other. I have been away and was unable to complain within their 14 days period. No acknowldgement that this was their error and refusing to deal with a refund or return request. Please stay away.

Just received my cashmere cardigan which is NOT cashmere. All labels cut off for some reason?? . No point in returning from the reviews I’ve read. Hugely disappointed not only with NOBA but by the UK regulator and GOOGLE for giving them airtime. It’s put me off ordering on line for good. Definitely not worth the £76 I paid. Please be aware this is a spurious company with a slick web site selling from China.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Sizing is completely off - ordered a M for oversized and was tiny. It was so late in arriving (I’m talking months) Cost me almost £100 to send back and when it did get to them, they turned away my parcel. They take 2-4 weeks to reply to anything and are SO unhelpful. Quality was super cheap too - defo don’t shop here.

This is fraud Company. Scam Company. Goods are shipped from China. 2 Months lead time. Later after the goods arrived but only one part. Then the customers service plays with you and respond after very long time and find stupid ecscuse to play with you on time and make you fed up with the claim. Also the goods were without label and for sure not cashmere. In general it’s a big scam but very well made! Stay away!!! I informed bank and I hope for the refund
