Horrible service by Nikki Flower, I will never order again.
I had chosen Bouquet, Greeting card with message and paid for delivery. however during the delivery not all items were delivered.
They did not deliver the greeting card. When I called them back asking for the same they are not bothered to solve the issue.
Even after paying for the delivery, we have delivery guy asking for the money.

I would never recommend Nikkiflower to anyone for any occasion. They have no sense of responsibility regarding delivery — they cancel orders at the last moment, even after charging extra for delivery. The product quality is very poor and far below standard.

Because I trusted Nikkiflower, my wife’s birthday celebration was completely spoiled yesterday. Extremely disappointed with their service.

Such a fraud site this is. Please don't buy anything from this site. They grab my money and didn't deliver the product. And they blocked me when I call them. I'm going to file case in consumer court. It will be the last time they are going to fool people. Please aware of these kind of fraud peoples

Delivered 1 day in advance, no prompt service. Made me wait and after I went out, they want to take the cake back. Thieves...money not refunded as well. Don't ever order.

They started shouting at me for calling out the mistake...I do not want to spoil my Sunday so let them steal from me

I booked red roses with red paper wrap and different set of roses sent with cream paper pack . this was my first order that too turned wrong . they spoiled my day and my occasion .

Very disappointing experience. I had ordered flowers with love for my family, but the company failed to deliver them properly. The bouquet reached in poor condition and caused a lot of emotional disappointment. Even after raising the issue, the company did not take proper responsibility. When people trust you with their special moments, such negligence is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered a bouquet from NikkiFlower.com for my father-in-law’s birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
• I spoke to their WhatsApp support before placing the order and asked about availability and freshness of the flowers. I only received instructions to place the order online and make the payment, without any confirmation about freshness.
• After placing the order, they informed me that the baby pink roses were not fresh and suggested replacing them with red roses. I made it clear I only wanted pink roses, but they kept saying “we will try” without a firm solution. I had to ask for either confirmation or a refund.
• When the bouquet arrived, there were only 8 pink roses instead of 10, and the white flowers were missing.
• The packaging was very different from the website photo—it looked simple and cheap compared to the beautifully arranged bouquet shown online on their website.
• When I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer care, the only response I received was a generic “sorry for the inconvenience”, with no attempt to resolve the issue.

Poor Quality of Flower Arrangement. Had ordered a flower arrangement on bamboo sticks. But what was delivered was a very poor quality basket arrangement. The basket was so cheap that the handle was covered in splinters. It was a skill to hold it without getting hurt. The flower arrangement was very plain and seemed like it was done for namesake. Extremely disapoointing as I had ordered it for my parents 50th anniversary. But what was delivered was well below the average expectation. They also missed to deliver an item from the total order.

very bad. not delivered on time. they promised to deliver before 1pm. at last after many messages they delivered by 6pm.no birthday message was written on the cake.only a simple cake.no even the same design which they have shown in their catalogue

i m very disappointed this fake and fraud company plz dont give any order this nikkiflower ill paying extra charges for delivery ill give order before 2 days still my order not delivered they playing for emotion.
they need only money i’ll report this website.

I ordered a combo set, but just like many others experienced, they cancelled at the last minute despite reminding them every other day (I placed order two weeks prior to the event date, and reminded them at least about 5-7 times after reading their bad reviews online and just like every other review, my order was messed up. The delivery supposed to be at 7pm and at 7pm they are informing the delivery could not be fulfilled. Very unreliable! They have a history of doing this. Just sharing so others can be aware. Very disappointing experience!

Honestly, the service was good. They took the order, processed it fastly and just delivered 30 minutes late from the slot time. That is still okay but the cake flavour I ordered was truffle because the person I was sending this to likes truffle but hates vanilla and these guys delivered a vanilla cake just with chocolate layering on top

Very disappointing experience from this flower delivery service. I ordered a rose bouquet along with a Vase for my wife's birthday. Paid 200 Rs. For the Vase Which they even sent me a picture of. What do I get delivered? Let alone that it is nothing like the picture sent, but it is not even a Vase. It is a Glass. When I asked for a replacement or a refund, they kept saying that it is as per availability and can change but I cannot accept getting a glass instead of a Vase. I wanted a refund or a replacement but all they can offer is a discount for next purchase!!!!! Why Will I Want To Buy Anything Else From Them?????

Nikki flowers totally fraud company.. They head quarter in Kolkata.. And taking order all over india.. Totally waste of money to place order.. And responses, tracking mechanism.. No change for hours.. Always they response.. On way.. On way

Bad service they are just saying on the way but it's not delivering to receiver so unprofessional they don't know how to attend customer they don't receive call i have called from 4 phones after that they are just texting not receiving my call and I said about refund they are saying if it's not delivered we will refund but it was for someone who is ill and I want to cheer him up but this website has disappointed me so much and never ever trusting this website again

Nikki flowers in Chennai from where I got delivery are not to be trusted as they deliver drooping flower bouquet and they say it is because of the weather and asked
For Refund which they refused pls do not even try them as you will loose your money and have a very bad experience from the people you would

Worst service, they charge high for product and not delivering product on time and also they changed selected flower with excuse of not availability of particular flower and dont support to adjust with amount they just give you option of mulch lesser price replacement of flowers even after delaying for few hours they say customer that customer is not understanding and supporting....why are they charging these much for this worst service ?????even denying for refund with such lie that product is already prepared if its prepared then why not delivered on time?even they charged 99 rs for birthday topper which they have not delivered with bouquet
