It's was very frustrated experience…

It's was very frustrated experience with nikki flower . They changed my cake and also didn't gave card for what I have already paid double amount than the market price . Also they charged me extra for on time delivery but then also they deliver more than 2 hr late .

They converted my special day into frustrated day.

Nikki roses is a bunch of thieves who will take your money and not deliver at all. When we ordered cake and bouquet for someone's wedding anniversary, paid full amount 2 days before, specified 9 am to 1 pm slot, there was no delivery. When asked they say we have specified we may not deliver if unavoidable reasons are there. I asked for full refund they declined. So they will take full money from you, they will not deliver but won't give a refund. Thats why I call Nikki Flowers as looters cheats and bunch of thieves. It's a fraudulent brand and they don't have any flowers or cakes business at all. It's an online fraud business..please avoid ordering anything from Nikki Flowers

Leaving a star cause there is no option not to

Giving this a 1 star because there is no option to leave them no stars. Terrible flowers and terrible service. My boyfriend paid almost ₹9000/- one a lily bouquet and one a 50 roses bouquet and a 1kg cake for mother’s day. He selected the only delivery time between 7am-9am. I waited and waited and got nothing. I didn’t receive anything that day and upon complaining they lied to us that it has been delivered. The next day they call and ask if they can send the delivery today, one day after mother’s day, to which i say yes they can. They send me 45 roses in a 50 rose bouquet and a bouquet of WILTED lillies. Upon asking for a refund they have generously offered me ₹100-₹200 refund OR free roses. Please save your money and do not buy from these scammers.

Pathetic experience

Pathetic experience
I ordered from This website and promised to deliver the order and paid for same
When order get delayed , I contacted them , eveytime new receptionist (Anushka/manisha/Supriya) refused to deliver order and then for refund
After questioning for wasting all my day with fake promise they shouted and with so much pride they refused to refund and deliver the order
They put wrong allegation on ordering person only
It’s all fraud and scam
Writing this becoz this people are doing very wrongly deed and they are not even scared of this money laundering !

Completely unprofessional and pathetic

Completely unprofessional and pathetic. Won’t deliver your order on time and on all follow ups they will say its out for delivery. In my case for last four hours they are saying its out for delivery and order is already 4.5 hours delayed. God knows how a cake can survive in this heating summer for more than 4 hours in delivery/transition.

Bought a bouquet for Mother's day and…

Bought a bouquet for Mother's day, and they sent a completely different, and bit dirty, bouquet, and then the customer care said - "We can't help you, file a complaint". The Complaints team said - "Our records indicate that during this high-volume period, we delivered the best available flowers to your location. As both sets of flowers were delivered yesterday, we have provided the best possible solution and cannot offer further compensation at this time."

If they can send any bouquet they want based on their choice then why charge different prices for different bouquets. Pathetic service !

The customer care doesn’t pick the call or revert to emails and the flowers sent were rotten and was delivered a day late even after charging me extra for delivery ….these people have bunch of fake reviews stating best but they are the bang opposite the worst fraud company 🚨 please don’t fall for there scam

The best service ever, if you want to ruin your plans.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Nikkiflower.com.

I currently work abroad and recently got married. This Valentine’s Day was very special for my wife and me because it was our first one as a married couple. My wife is still in India and was visiting my parents in Trivandrum, Kerala, for just one day before her international trip.

To make the occasion special, I placed an order on 13th February for flowers and a cake to be delivered on 14th February. The payment was completed successfully online, and the order ID was 1026879.

Unfortunately, the order was never delivered on Valentine’s Day.

I tried contacting the phone number listed on the website multiple times, but the calls would not connect. I also reached out through Instagram, where instead of resolving the issue, I was casually asked about the next occasion when they could “extend their service.” That response felt incredibly insensitive considering the situation.

I even checked with the listed Trivandrum vendor address mentioned on the website, and they informed me that they had never received an order like mine.

By the end of the day, my wife had already left, and the surprise I carefully planned was completely ruined. The next day, the flowers and cake finally arrived through an entirely different vendor. There was no message card, no personalized note, and none of the details I had specifically requested. It was simply a plain cake delivered a day late — after the occasion had already passed.

Since nobody was home, we ended up giving the cake to neighboring children.

What hurts the most is not just the delayed delivery, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and care for an occasion that meant a lot to us personally.

I genuinely regret trusting this service for such an important moment and will avoid using it again in the future.

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with NikkiFlowers.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day, and despite repeated assurances from their team that the order was “on the way” and would be delivered within “half an hour,” the delivery was never made.

I contacted customer care approximately 32 times throughout the evening trying to get updates, but there was absolutely no proper support provided. What made the experience even worse was being falsely told later that the delivery person had called me and that I did not answer — which was completely untrue.

I have screenshots and call records proving the repeated promises and misleading communication from their team.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for an occasion as important as Mother’s Day. Customers deserve honesty, timely communication, and professional handling of issues — none of which was provided here.

Still awaiting my refund. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

If I could give zero stars I would.Ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mom still not reached her.They do not answer any phones,very late inconsistent whatsapp replies.More than 24hours tracking has not moved at all.Utter waste of money.
Never buy from this company.

Sent a msg saying receiver did not pick up call which was a straight lie because my number was receivers s number and refused refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM COME WHAT MAY

DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I would have selected ZERO rating if that was an option. Order was delivered 6 hours after the selected delivery window. The cake was melted and the flowers were wilted. Packaging was also in a bad shape.
