Very disappointed with how my claim was…

Very disappointed with how my claim was handled. My Nike leather shoes cracked despite being worn only occasionally, and the claim was rejected based only on a few close-up photos, without assessing the overall condition of the shoes.

I also left negative feedback in the official survey but received no response. After this experience, I will not purchase shoes from Nike’s online store again.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, I bought a shirt which was excessively large, the XP was the larger than an XL shirt. When I returned it they stated it was non in the original bag and send me back inside a Post Canada bag. Awful service, never buying again from Nike.com

I had been supporting Nike for over 20…

I had been supporting Nike for over 20 yrs, I buy 3 pairs of Nike Monarch a year they used to be a great shoe up until 2 yrs ago after about a week of wearing them they start to squeak when you are walking, I would return them and get the exact same pair and it would happen again, I spoke to Nike and they are aware of the issue but don’t seem to care because they continue to do the same thing, If Nike don’t care about their product or customer then why should we continue to support them. Now I have to return another pair that are two weeks old And it’s becoming an inconvenience, I wonder if there are other companies that sell shoes that would like another loyal customer. Hmmm

Never buying from Nike again. Extremely bad customer service and extremely poor quality clothing. I spent £85 on workout clothes that only lasted a handful of wears. I bought a pair of leggings and a sport bra 3 months ago, and there is hole in the leggings and the clasp on the sports bra is coming off. Wanted to send them off with the '2 year warranty' they provide and they said they wouldn't accept my claim as it's down to ware and tare even though both of the products have only been worn maximum 5 times and were purchased 3 months ago?

Comforrtable but Fragile

The comfort level on these is a 5/10, but the durability is a 1/10 after a few months of regular use, they are already falling apart. It's a shame on my feet, but i can't justify the 3-star rating when they don't hold up to daily wear.

I’m done with Nike

I’m done with Nike. I tried so many different kind of shoes still I can’t find the right one . Not comfortable at all . I have 4 pairs of shoes just seating there . I’m trying to return the last one I got . Especially from the outlet don’t wast your money . They are so many brands out there that you can switch to . Shoes is everything especially when you stand up for so long . Not sure why are they famous

Very very recomended

Nike is a very cool brand they have good cushining, they last pretty long, and they are pretty duribale. They make me run faster because my addidas made me run 12mph and im ten but with nike i can run over 15 mph i really really really recomend these shoes staff help you find what shoe and size you need and want. Nike is the goat.

Return nightmare - waiting for my refund

I’ve been a loyal Nike customer for years, but the current return process is a nightmare. I returned my order using the QR code provided by Nike. They are now refusing a refund, claiming the item received was not a Nike product.
This is a clear error within the courier network they employ. Because I used a Nike-provided shipping method, the responsibility for the item’s safety and chain of custody lies with them. Instead of escalating the issue with their delivery partner, they have simply told me "too bad."
Warning to others: Even if you follow their rules, they may still keep your money. I am still waiting for a resolution on order C01565874126 and hope a manager actually looks into this.

Poor customer service and unreasonable rejection of complaint

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I purchased a product at the end of December 2025, and after only 3 months, it is already being dismissed as “wear and tear” — which makes absolutely no sense. The item has only been used twice, exclusively at home for relaxing, and has never even been washed.

I have provided photo documentation that clearly shows the product is in near-new condition, yet this has seemingly been ignored. Despite this, my complaint has been rejected without any clear or reasonable explanation as to how this can be considered normal wear and tear.

How can a product be classified as worn out after just two uses? A product of this type should not deteriorate after such minimal use, especially within such a short time frame.

What is most frustrating is the lack of proper justification. Instead of providing a clear argument, they simply dismiss the case, which comes across as dismissive and unprofessional.

This is very poor customer service, and I am genuinely surprised that a company would handle a case like this in such a way.

I cannot recommend based on this experience.

Utter Carbage shoes

Utter Carbage shoes, I cannot believe I paid 130 euros for Nike shoes which broke btw within 3 months of using (Just walking, also living in a cold country, most of the time shoes are sitting just waiting the summer). Nike used to be actually OK brand but the shoes have become ridiculously expensive and price quality range is absolute carbago.

Who is running Nike these days? Lawyers or Engineers? I do not need even ask the question everybody knows the answer.

Just Do Toss it To the Trash, eh? New slogan?

Been a fellow Nike fan for 10 years down the line, will avoid the brand like plague.

I have bought two Salomon shoes within 10 years, you know why? Because they last and will keep buying em rest of my life as long as quality stays the same.

From March End till now i dont know when it comes in but whenever I call Nike store they tell sold out. Once I called product was to come on Thursday and was sold out by 12noon. This time it came on Saturday & sold out.
I really feel Nike is giving importance to its product by putting in app Just In but when you call stores or look in app or online or call customer service to order Actually they dont have it. Once a cutomer service lady told me its Not In Stock in Canada at All but at night 3pm in app showed "Just In" but still you cant add to Basket.
Please Don't Fool People Saying the product is "Just In".
Asking me for date of experience I don't remember all but even today not in store or available on app.
I will rate it "0" not 1 star also.
Sorry, but Nike has upset me alot this time.

I am very disappointed with how Nike…

I am very disappointed with how Nike handled a simple return.
The parcel was collected from my address, yet my refund was rejected without any explanation.
I contacted customer service several times and each time I received vague answers with no clear information and no solution.

Smaller companies manage refunds without any issues, while here a basic return turns into unnecessary chaos and shifting responsibility onto the customer.
I did not expect a global brand to treat customers this way.

This case is not closed — I will continue to pursue it, because I will not accept a situation where a customer is left without a refund and without any explanation.

The driver turns up to my house saying “maybe they forgot to pack the item” handing us an empty box which has clearly been tampered with. Nike want 2 weeks to investigate before issuing a refund. I have video evidence from the ring doorbell camera. Nike customer service is pathetic. Im no doing a chargeback i dont care of you blacklist me im not purchasing from nike.com again

Nike reputation in the trash

This is a little unacceptable from a global giant like Nike, I order a tracksuit online, they only sent me the top half of it, when I complained directly to them, after making me take a ridiculous amount of pictures and send them, rather than just send me the trousers to solve the problem, they asked me to send back the top, process a refund and then reorder the tracksuit again when the only thing they had to do to rectify their mistake was send the trousers, not only that, but when I tried to search for the tracksuit again it said no longer available, like Nike was trying to scam me, very unhelpful agent dealing with the query also
