Bought a pair of boots for my son. 60euro and they are pure crap. I would compare them to the feel of a plastic milk carton. Nikes quality has gone down big time. I buy all nike boots but going by the... See more

Didn't find out my order was out of stock for 11 days
I ordered a pair of Nike throwing shoes that my daughter needed this track season. I received an email the day before the expected delivery date that my delivery would be late. When I hadn't received an updated eta, I called customer service 4 days later and was told it was in the warehouse ready to be shipped and I should get an email the next day. I then called 2 days later and was told the same thing, but this time they told me the shoes would arrive by 4/24/26 or I could get my money back. I told them I just want the shoes, I don't care about getting the money back. I received an email the afternoon of 4/24/26 saying that the item I ordered was out of stock! They were stringing me along for almost 2 weeks instead of letting me know they were out of stock so I could go purchase something elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if I could - not sure how they are that clueless about their inventory!
Awful customer service
Order arrived with completely the wrong items and only one shoe… customer services are “investigating” before they can rectify it… utterly ridiculous
They are scammers
They are scammers.
You made a purchase on Nike.com they have issue with UPS, they only pretend to « investigate » and keeping the money. I paid 150€ for nothing. If all of us can banish this brand that would be helpful because you’re only a number for them and they really don’t care about you.
Horrible, annoying, non-existent customer service and not a global company at all
Travelled for tourism in Brazil. My wife bought me an original Brazil team soccer jersey from an authorised retailer in Sao Paolo. She got me an XXL while my size is XL. We contacted Nike Switzerland (where we live) and they continuously referred us to Nike Brazil that was only reachable by phone. We called and waited and waited and waited without anyone answering and the telephone bill almost equalling the purchase price of the jersey. I reached out twice more to Nike Switzerland explaining the situation and asking for an exchange here and in disrespectful manner continued repeating “contact the Brazilian shop”. This brand pretends to be a global one when it operates like a local mom & pop shop. Ridiculous, annoying and disrespectful. As also an investor in its stock, I am getting rid of this paper.
Awful customer service.
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Nike’s customer service. I placed an order that was never delivered to me—yet somehow it was returned to their warehouse without any explanation or notification.
What made things worse was the complete lack of communication. Over a month went by with no refund, and I had to chase them up myself just to get an update. When I finally contacted customer support, I was told I needed to wait an additional 24 hours while they “inspected the return”—despite the fact that I never even received the item in the first place.
The response I received in the chat felt apathetic and dismissive, as though my situation wasn’t being taken seriously. There was no sense of urgency or accountability, just scripted replies and delays.
Overall, this experience has left me frustrated and reluctant to order from Nike again. I expect much better service and transparency from a company of this size
AWFUL AVOID
AWFUL COMPANY ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL , had a hoodie of this company Nike which was £41.99 on the sale , washed it 2-3 times and it’s bobbled gone rough , material has gone nasty .. not even wearable as it just looks awful and for the money this company charges makes it even worse , anyway I contacted them first via there online chat where I was just arguing with some lady over and over about my refund which they were refusing to do , I then emailed doing a formal complaint and still stating the fact I want to return and have my money back , the issue is my bank account was closed down and they would not listen to me whatsoever or sort out the problem which is not hard to change someone’s details or send them a cheque , eventually after multiple emails and a phone call they sent me a postage label to return the item which I did the next day .. as it was quite late when they sent it via email , I then contacted them again stating it had been returned and I want my money back to the correct bank account information .. I was ignored for days I got onto the online chat I was ignored again .. I waited on the online chat sending multiple messages for over 40 mins and I was still ignored , I re opened a online chat and was told to phone , I then phoned up explaining again regarding my refund and was told I would receive a email from a different apartment in 3-5 days to change my bank information.. days later i received the email and there still not listening about the fact my bank account was closed down and I’ve got a new one .. days went past where I continued trying to chase my money , then I was told they have sent the refund to my closed bank account and was told by Nike to contact my closed bank .. which I have and they can’t do anything about it as Nike have purposely sent my money to a closed account.
Multiple times I have told this company my account is closed and I would like it sent to my new one or via a Cheque and it’s followed by multiple excuses stating it can only go back to the original payment method
I’ve now had enough my patience is running extremely thin
I have all copies of all emails sent back and forth and the whole online chat script which I’ll be taking to court .. I’ll now be taking legal action to get my money back as I’m £41.99 out of pocket
Absolutely disgusting
And yes I’ll be leaving this everywhere !!!!

Be very careful when ordering two or more items I ordered two pairs of the same trainers in different sizes but was to small sent them back in the package they sent them to me in now only being told they have only received one pair of trainers back and only refunded for the one pair

shoes exploded
DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AND NO REFUND PROVIDED
I ordered 2 pairs for shoes and only received 1 pair
Ive tried calling and emailing nike multiple times regarding my order and keep getting the run around and being asked to repeat the same process over and over
Nike still has not replied with a solution, its been almost 2 months of waiting and nike still has not provided a refund or even replied to my emails.
Absolutey ridiculous customer service and I will never order online from nike ever again
Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Ordered some t shirts for summer and one arrived very heavy. When opened it was wet and had been for a long time it had faded in colour gone mouldy and the smell was shocking. Clearly noticeable to the person who would have packed them. Contacted Nike and the customer service is nearly unresponsive. Absolutely no way would I order from them again. The want the T-shirt returned after seen videos and photos before the will refund so I don’t understand why the need me to go through the hassle of return for my money if it’s clearly not sellable. Very shocked as I have been buying Nike for over 30 years and this just did it for me
Do not buy from the Nike abroad website…
Do not buy from the Nike abroad website if you want peace of mind. I bought online only to be told I can not use my passport for the customs clearance, which is something their site says you can use - via information on their FAQs. So according to the agent I spoke to online, they cancelled my order and I will only get my refund in 10 days. This is now so inconvenient because it means I cannot even reuse the money immediately to purchase something else. I found this to be so frustrating as an expatriate living in South Africa on a permit basis because all my other official information only requires the use of the passport number and does not only restrict it to South African IDs.
If I could rate a 0 I would
If I could rate a 0 I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Very bad experience with Nike online. Ordered a pair of trainers online. While waiting for them to arrive, I tried them for size and look in the shops and didn't like the way they looked. When my order arrived, I returned the item without opening the package because I knew I would not be keeping.
Nike said that I returned a non-Nike product and sent a screenshot of the shoes with a label attached AFTER Inpost collection. I argued my case and stated that it would not be possible for me to have returned them items cause the label was stuck down AFTER Inpost collected them. Refused to give back money. I had to use my bank to investigate as a purchase dispute.
Horrible company with bad customer service and rude people working for them.
They lost my return and refused to refund me despite evidence.
I'm beyond frustrated with Nike. It is unacceptable that a company of this size forces customers to spend hours doing "detective work" to solve problems caused by their own warehouse errors and incompetent logistics. I shouldn’t have to pay 90 € for their mistakes.
I sent two separate return parcels, and the shipping weights prove exactly what happened:
Parcel A: Contained one T-shirt (Size L). Total weight: 0.25 kg.
Parcel B (The disputed return): Contained the same T-shirt (Size M) PLUS a cropped jacket. Total weight: 0.4 kg.
The extra 0.15 kg recorded by the courier is the jacket. The math is undeniable. Yet, Nike claims they "cannot locate" the item and are refusing my refund. Why should the customer be held financially responsible for items that disappear once they are in the hands of Nike’s chosen carrier?
Before they even "lost" my item, I had to visit the post office THREE times because Nike provided an invalid return label for the Czech National Post. Only after I repeatedly contacted support did they provide a functional PPL label—only to then lose the most expensive item in the box.
I have fulfilled my legal obligations under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The risk of loss lies with the merchant once the package is with their designated carrier.
I am filing a formal complaint with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). Nike, stop hiding behind automated emails and look at the physical evidence. Refund my 89,99 €.

Really Great!
Nike online stay well clear unless you want to lose your money
I ordered a pair of nike trainers for my grandsons birthday £90.00 when they was supposed to be delivered i got a notification saying they was delivered but we never got the trainers so contacted nike they loomed into it and 3 days later closed the case so now i m £90 out of pocket and a upset grandson
Disappointed
I bought a nike bag in october last year from superbalist when I finally decided to use it i see the strap of the bag changed color and the bag had holes I have contacted superbalist regarding this but they have turned me down , I do not understand how a Nike bag can deteriorate in such a short space of time
Very disappointed with how my claim was…
Very disappointed with how my claim was handled. My Nike leather shoes cracked despite being worn only occasionally, and the claim was rejected based only on a few close-up photos, without assessing the overall condition of the shoes.
I also left negative feedback in the official survey but received no response. After this experience, I will not purchase shoes from Nike’s online store again.
Received a beautiful pink Nike jacket…
Received a beautiful pink Nike jacket in the mail,- gorgeous! So happy!
Worst service ever
Worst service ever, I bought a shirt which was excessively large, the XP was the larger than an XL shirt. When I returned it they stated it was non in the original bag and send me back inside a Post Canada bag. Awful service, never buying again from Nike.com
