Great customer service
I just wanted to say how impressed I am with this company’s customer service! When my purchase stopped working, I emailed them and they replied very swiftly and said they would exchange the product for a new one. They even tested it to make sure it was working and wasn’t from a faulty batch. Then they sent it next morning and I received the next day. They even threw in extras which I hadn’t even asked for! Very impressed all round. Great company to buy from, thoroughly recommend them.

10/10 in-store customer experience!
We had a 10/10 experience visiting the shop in Warrington for the first time today. We both felt immediately welcomed by friendly staff who were super chatty, knowledgeable, and helpful. The shop has a great selection of products for each and every need (and we were very happy to be leaving with a bag full of purchases!). Will absolutely be returning!
