After visiting in-store, for some product advice, I ordered the reccomended product.
The ordering process was very good although I would have appreciated a reminder to use my 10% off voucher (as I forgot to use it).
My item arrived well packaged and in good time and was very discreet.
After spending some time with the product, learning how it works, I have been very disappointed and it is not as described by the person in-store who was extremely confident that it would meet my needs. It did not meet my needs and I am unable to return this pricy item due to its intimate nature and has obviously been used.
