My recruitment with NHS Professionals has been made easier with the support and hard work from Gbemisola Williams( Abi) who was always very calm and helpful when myself and a manager kept emailing her many times for information for start dates etc. All the staff were professional and helpful.

The overall registration process was smooth and well organised the registration steps were clear and the support i received from Vasim was excellent he was helpful responsive, and guided me through the process efficiently, making everything easier to complete.

I recently went through the NHS recruitment process via NHS Professionals and I want to take a moment to properly recognise the people who made it such a positive experience, because good service deserves to be acknowledged.
Farzana Baig, Hariom Sharma, and Mike Brady were exceptional throughout. From the very first point of contact to my final onboarding, all three were consistently responsive, clear in their communication, and genuinely supportive. In a process that can often feel impersonal or drawn out, they made it feel the complete opposite, like there were real people in your corner, invested in getting you through smoothly.
What stood out most was how well-coordinated everything felt. Nothing fell through the cracks. Queries were picked up quickly, next steps were always clearly communicated, and whenever anything needed chasing or clarifying, it was handled without me having to follow up repeatedly. That kind of reliability is rare and it made an enormous difference to my experience.
The onboarding itself was seamless. By the time I started my role, I felt prepared, informed, and well set up, and that is a direct result of the groundwork this team laid throughout the process. It is the sort of behind-the-scenes effort that often goes unnoticed, but it absolutely should not.

I could write for days about this business and the poor management but it's not really worth the time. They should split the temporary staff reviews from the corporate staff for an organisation of this nature and you would get a true picture of how hey treat people.
