Current recruitment manager Sam Brown, avoid - he is a bully. I was a locum pharmacist in 2018 and he accused me of being a liar.

He accused me of being dishonest about my job situation, despite me having already confirmed a locum position through another agency. There was a clear miscommunication on his part: he was liaising with an aseptics manager, not the clinical manager I had been in discussion with, yet he insisted he had authority over my placement.
Throughout the process, I felt pressured and unfairly blamed, even after explaining the situation clearly. While he may be well-intentioned, his approach can be frustrating, accusatory, and stressful for candidates. I would advise caution and thorough verification if considering working with him.

I was informed about the shift and when it was confirmed I was given clear details of where I will be providing my services. I did not have to be frustrated about completing the claim forms, it was done at the company, which made things easier for me.
From time to time I receive emails from the company to check up on how do I feel, which means that the company cares about it employees.
Whenever I write ✍️ on whatsapp I get a certifying reply detailing everything I needed. When I request anything it is provided immediately.

Every information about the patient is available on the tablet, including what needs to be done or followed up is being highlighted on the to do list. Everything that not done at a specific time is also popping up in the ward list.

By using technology it makes me feels reviewed my mind and update me in many ways not old ways.l learn to have things in evidence by writing and signing black and white.

What I love about 24 Group is that you don't have to wait long for your salary not like other agency. And they respond quickly.

I've been with this company for almost 2 months now. I cannot complain im very grateful for working under or for them. They handle everything with grace if you made a mistake with or didn't understand procedure they will calmy explain everything.
Even if you didn't see a shift posted online they will kindly call you to see whether you available or not.

Before confirming your booking they discuss rates and hours with you so it's to decline or agree with them.
We have an App where you can check available shifts and you can filter area or distance according to your preference.
On the same App you can mark yourself as available, unavailable, unknown or booked so they can see before calling you for available shifts.
