The Trust I was working for told me on the 10th October that they did not need me to work for them anymore despite having me booked in for 8 sessions. They gave me no notice and I was expecting to be working on the 14th and 15th of October because they had booked me for these dates. They just treat you like you are dirt and not a human being and something they can dispose of without giving you any notice at all. Avoid at all costs.

Lauren Davies was very helpful and tolerated my constant requests fpr help or more information.

She provided lots of explanations a d help along the way and I am very grateful for all her help!

I no longer place trust in healthcare professionals. Over time I have seen that the culture has shifted from professional integrity to image management, retaliation, and deflection. What matters is not responsibility or honesty, but appearances.

So let me be clear: I owe them nothing. Not gratitude, not silence, not compliance. The role of a doctor, nurse, or manager does not excuse dishonesty or abuse of position. Titles do not erase accountability. If someone wants to save my life one day, that is their duty as a professional, not a favour I am indebted for.

Respect must be earned by conduct, not demanded by image. Until that culture changes, my trust in them is gone. And sod it I would rather self-heal, even if the illness were as serious as cancer, than hand myself over to a system that has betrayed its own purpose.

All processes were well structured. From call screening to scheduling the interview. Prompt and accurate information. It's really awesome so far.

It was a memorable experience.

I joined NHSP last year October. It was my first experience working as a Bank staff. The induction was seamless, I had all the information I required and each and everytime I had a query there is always someone to deal with it.

My contract ended in April and since then they have always been in contact whenever there is a new vacancy.

Vashal and Sam have been wonderful and have helped with my journey.

I will be starting a new role on the 29th of Septmember and it has been through NHSP even though I have made several applications externally.
