Many people found the app and website difficult to use, citing complicated security procedures and frequent login failures, often requiring multiple attempts. Users reported significant frustration with the verification process, including issues with photo ID and video submissions, making account access nearly impossible. Useless. Enter email and password. Initially won't send a code to my phone. When it finally does it says something has gone wrong. Yet another useless government IT system

This app is definately not for us the intended patients, because if i cannot see all my vaccination records for covid, flu, shingles ect ,what is the point. Most employers want to know if we are vaccinated ,as a carer, that information is not accessible to me, what a USELESS APP, its a pity i couldnt give a blank star to show my dissatisfaction.

Try to login it took 20 minutes for the text to arrive at that point. The login had timed out so I tried to login again took too long timed out at this point. It tells me I have to wait 15 minutes to be able to login to read the verification. Use this as a useless get a better system. NHS we paid enough for it

This App and employees cause Deaths

This service and those employees associated with it contribute to deaths. When I tried to access my medical recorde from Dubai, i entered all the correct log on information. The 6 digit code was definitely not sent which means the records could not be accessed. This caused lots more tests to be carried out and time delays in an emergency situation. I fully intend to Sue.

In 2019 I was registered to a GP surgery on Leytonstone high road.

My evil step mother contacted GP and told lies whilst using my details at the time, DR
SANJAY KUMAR a supposedly qualified doctor failed to act appropriately. Instead sent emails to mental practitioners based on lies told to him by my biological father, step mother and some my sisters. I have since switch GP’s but the betrayal of my family acting in such a way has left me a little traumatised.

Below I’d like to add some evidence that I was a regular guy and within a few weeks at the time I was all a sudden described as mental unstable by my dearest and nearest then back to normal.

My biological fathers name is MR MUKHTAR YAAWELI. Step mothers name is YASMIN ABDALLAH.
Sisters - Almas and amal mukhtar Mohamed.

The NHS App is not fit for purpose

The NHS App is not fit for purpose, my Patchs account is locked in an handshake issue and the NHS IT team is nigh on useless. When I try to change my Patchs password it directs me to the NHS App but won't let me connect to Patchs. The Patchs team can't help me and a formal complaint to the NHS digital services team is just leaving me hanging with a "we will get back to you when we have a solution". We are talking about a month ago when problems arose when I changed practices in the same medical centre. I was in the medical centre on Wednesday 6tg May and there was a lady in front of me who was in the same position, the App was working fine but now she can't use Patchs using it either. There appears to be a systematic failure and no one seems to care - its someone else's problem and the practice refers patients to the NHS helpline.

NHS App - "NOT"

TrustPilot you need to have the functionality to score No stars! The NHS App is awful. It has a mind of its own and works when it wants to and is very temperamental. Tried adding parents to the APP but oh no not possible as they're registered at a different GP's - Absolute Bonkers!!!. PLEASE PLEASE can you get this App functional so its usable or just switch it off and let's go old school and make a call and recieve letters!

App is so dysfunctional

App is so dysfunctional. Can’t understand how to request a sick note. When I call my GP who is experiencing a high level of calls and advices you to use the app. Once through to someone I explain what I’m looking for and say I can’t do it through the app as the system is down and I’m advised to try again in an hour.
I ask how I do it in an hour cause I don’t understand and the person on the other end of the phone doesn’t know how the app works so can’t help me out there. And can’t help me while the system is down anyway so my call was a waste of everyone’s time.
How this app is deemed as the way forward is beyond me.

NHS app totally unintuitive, so difficult to access have uninstalled

Such a frustrating experience. App is on phone but you need cose on same phone so details disappear while you access the code. I had correct email and password, from then on, whole thing crashed. Software written by some corporate that has no inkling of what the NHS is about and probably paid zillions. Altogether, horrible experience.

The dots are there.......

The dots are there but as usual, no one bothered to join them up. This is yet another pathetic, badly designed government app that was obviously never beta tested prior to its release to the general public. Why is it the (so called) developers never attempt to use their creations themselves to identify the areas where they fall down???

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Cannot get into my account. Checked that they have my email address. They have but it keeps asking for my old login details. I could count on one hand the number of the app has actually worked in over two years.

No help when it goes wrong.

Was using the app successfully up and until last week when for some reason, (coinciding with an update) it stopped working. I do not have my password and have requested a new password numerous times but this does not arrive. There is no number for technical help and I am sick of going around in circles. Totally useless.

Most useless and annoying App ever

The most useless and annoying app on the planet. Half the time it doesn't work, when it does, it is to show me a message I don't need or want to see. Why do I want to rate my local surgery after every single visit, no matter how trivial, and the dozen other useless messages it bombards me with. Why is the user given absolutely no control over this. Why is there no way of providing feedback. Why can I not f respond to any message from my doctor or health centre. Why am I, as a primary user, provided with nothing that is actually useful to me.
Awful!
