I needed a replacement part for my F-GT Lite and contacted them to see if they could help me. They went above and beyond to get me the part that I needed. It’s refreshing to deal with a company who will do their best to help you out after the initial sale has been completed. I would definitely recommend them and will myself use them again in the future.

I made an order and almost immediately had to cancel due to an emergency. I contacted NLR and they got back to me right away and managed to cancel it before their highly efficient shipping department got it out. It was on a weekend, which is doubly impressive. The 5 stars is for the excellent service. I will be back at a later date to start my racing sim cockpit build with an NLR rig. Thank you for your fine work ladies and gentleman.

I purchased the F-GT Lite cockpit, and later added on the lite monitor stand because I was very happy with the product. I have had both for about 5 months now using it regularly and it has been very good. Comfortable, easy to fold and put away when needed. I am very happy with the products, with that said I found a crack in onenof the pieces that hold the side rail in place. I contacted Next Level Racing and I couldn't believe just how quickly they got back to me. In just over 48 hours of my first inquiry email I had got the confirmation that my replacement piece was already shipped. Floored with their customer service. Great job everyone at Next Level Racing.

Great products and amazing customer service. I started with the wheel stand then added the seat to it and then the HF8 pro haptic pad.

I started with the GTlite when I made the switch from controllers. There was a serious learning curve but this rig served my every purpose at the time. When I made the switch for a direct drive base, it was clear the GTElite would be the next step for me. This has been an incredible rig for my evolution into this genre of sim racing.

I have a NLR GT Elite rig and also recently purchased the ESR3 Haptic seat.
The ESR3 seat is the most comfortable rig seat I’ve had. The haptic seat is better than a Buttkicker because you can specify locations you’d like, so it’s a more complete haptic experience.

If I could give them 10 stars I would I bought the GT Elite Lite cockpit front and side edition it didn't fit my moza contacted support and they got me the hardware for the wheel plate addition quoted me 170$ from Australia to USA,Kentucky Customer Service 10/10 Product Quality 10/10 Thank You!

Great product, fast delivery. The Wheel Stand Lite 2 folds small, but is pretty sturdy when used. Happy days.

After not being able to get my new HF8 pro working, I contacted the customer support where Calieb was quick to to respond and resolve my issue. It seems my unit was dead on arrival. NLR quickly dispatched me a replacement unit on next day delivery.

The Courier you have selected in Canada is terrible. No communication on tracking info or estimated time of delivery in over 2 weeks. Based on this, I have cancelled my order and requesting a full refund.

I ordered a victory seat from the website and wanted to add a second shifter stand so I emailed NLR. They were happy to help and organized a parts order for me to get a second shifter stand for the victory seat/wheel stand lite 2.0. It was smooth and everything worked out well 👍.

Calieb the support person handling my issue was professional and responsive to the problem. Didn't ask unnecessary questions or repeat questions and just got the job done as expeditiously as possible. 10 outta 10 support.

Amazing experience getting a the PRS2, such a great seat for reasonable pricing. I appreciated the quick delivery, unboxing / assembly was simple, and now I have an amazing adjustable seat with back support.

One of the few companies that I felt went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the products purchased. I had a minor issue with damage that occurred with shipping and they sent replacement parts with no questions asked and followed up with tracking and confirmation that everything was resolved. I highly recommend and plan on using them for my future builds.

Here’s the message I sent to your customer service group a week ago.

“ I received my FORMULA LITE PRO yesterday and got up bright and early to assemble it. Unfortunately as I wet through the “Pre-race checks”, I’ve e found several components missing.

My package contains only one of the two PACKAGING STRAPS.

Zero of 2 of the 2x M6 NYOCK NUTS that go with the NLR KNOB.

Missing either the 1 x M6 16mm (or 1 x M5 25 mm) … but I did get some random flat, stubby Allen headed machine screw…

Neither of the 2 BACKREST BOTTOM TUBES came with the “securing bold” as shown in the diagram.

This is all disappointing; but more so because the was a replacement of one I previously owned but lost in a house fire last year. What’s even worse is that arrived just in time for a visit from my grandson who loves any kind of racing and knew I’d ordered it to be here before he arrives.

Needless to say I’m not pleased.”

A well written response email came telling me that I could get replacement parts or a return plan.

I chose the parts (I’m in this deep and repacking seems even more painful). I was told parts would be packaged, shipped and I’d receive a tracking number.

Now a week since last contact, just this morning, I sent a follow up because there’s been no tracking info sent…

Really??? Glad you don’t make real chassis .
