If I could give a zero I would. There is zero contact with this company once they have your money. Their delivery timescales are fictional, and trying to contact them is futile. I have tried customer services and Sales email with no success. Choose a different, proper reputable catering company.

We would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think very carefully before placing an order.

Our experience has been absolutely unacceptable. We placed and paid for an order, yet the goods have still not arrived. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of effective customer service. Trying to get a clear answer about where the order is, why it has not been delivered, or when we can expect to receive it has been incredibly frustrating.

For a company taking customers’ money, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. You should not have to spend your time repeatedly chasing a business simply to find out what has happened to something you have already paid for.

Based on our experience, I have completely lost confidence in this company and would not use them again. I would strongly recommend that potential customers read the reviews carefully and consider other suppliers before handing over their money.

Unless this matter is resolved immediately, I will also be pursuing the appropriate channels to recover the money paid.

Avoid. Still waiting for a refund that was agreed for an order that was cancelled before being dispatched, so it says it should incur only in
a 5% admin fee which is fine. The order was over £500 and still it hasn’t since been refunded and it’s now almost two months ago. Tried contacting customer service but it’s just a loop you only deal with chatbots no human beings to talk to. No answer to our emails. I will have now to contact the bank report the transaction and dispute it.

SHOCKING AVOID AT ALL COSTS CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH TO BUSINESSS OWNERS. DELIVERIES LATE NO COMMUNICATION UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY IVE DEALT WITH IN 6+ YEARS IN BUSINESS BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR ALMOST A YEAR.

Just avoid at all costs. They’re actually Adexa which in itself is a terrible company to deal with. They deliver broken equipment late and you have no way of contacting them to find out where your order is. Just avoid at all costs.

I purchased a product for next day delivery, I chased when we did not receive it - I then received a message weeks later the product was out of stock and am since waiting for a refund, this has been over a month ago. Very disappointing. Beware this must be a scam

Awful! Coffee machine was faulty. The serial number on the back is blank. Keep getting the same response saying their service team are looking into it...this has been the same for 2 weeks now with no progress. Do not use this company!!

Bought a Robot Coupe Disc Rack which looked like it was made out of metal on the website, turns out it is just made of plastic (but £91.19!!!), and now being told that we will have to pay to return it, lose 25% of the purchase cost on the refund, and will be held liable for any damage incurred during transit back which would then give is 0% refund. Will never order from them again.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I placed two separate orders at different times, and on both occasions they sent me the wrong items.
I have tried to contact them about the problem, but no one has responded, and I still haven't received any refund. Delivery also took more than a week.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service and I don’t understand how they can continue operating like this in the UK.

Reasonably easy to use website. List of other sizes available would be useful

Website was fine and useful to be able to get support by email and chat. Great to get free delivery (and quick). Product search options could be slightly better and product descriptions also bit misleading - I was looking at 2 similar products that clearly have hinged doors but described as sliding. Also more pictures and product details would be useful

I actually found the required large bin with a lid where other sites had ordered separately. Navigation around the site was easy and made for a good experience, I am now inclined to search other items that can crossover to domestic from commercial.

I googled parts I needed and this site came up and they had exactly what I wanted. The site was easy to navigate but shipping is expensive.

Ordered a polar slushy machine which worked for a few days then stopped working. Spoke to Alison who sent a form (on word) to fill out which I did. She said she couldn't open it properly so I sent a screenshot and also a pdf file. Over a week later and still no response to the three emails I've sent! Avoid at all costs
